It would be nice if you didn't have to go anywhere. ;) Otherwise, not so much. :)

Well I don't have to go anywhere until the morning. By then it will be a full winter wonderland. lol

I'm with you all!!! We haven't had a good snowstorm yet. I can't wait for it to puke snow - I love going for a walk at night during a snowstorm. The city feels abandoned. :D Then you go home, have a hot chocolate.... Good times!

The downtown outdoor rink in my town is open; I might go for a skate tomorrow...
  • I've never been a fan of winter, but two years ago I took my first ski lesson and last year I got a little better. Now this year my 5-year-old is on the ski team and we're looking forward to it this year. However, there is no snow yet! I'm ready for it to hurry up and get here!
I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.
  • I love it too:) you can have so much fun in the snow!!!

though we haven't had a "real" snow fall here in years... just 6" and below....bring on the blizzards:D (and not the dairy queen kind....yet:p)

i love it... i love frost!!! it looks so nice and the air feels so clean!

i also for some weird reason have developed a penchant for real ales?!?! they just seem so wintery.. on a cold wintery evening i can think of nothing i'd rather be doing than sitting in a pub from the 1700's and nursing a pint of Bishops Talon or Foosty Nunplucker... obviously whilst watching a lesbian sex show.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

You only like winter because you live in Seattle. I suppose I would prefer snow and cold to 24-7 rain too.

Seattle is the equivalent of a giant wet armpit.

I'm an hour from the places most snow in the world.....We're talking 1000+ inches in a season.

AND Philly gets more rain than Seattle (just don't tell anyone else). 44 inches per year, compared to 39 inches per year.

    get a pipe!

In the beginning I don't mind it. I actually prefer Winter to Summer. I just like the fact that you feel cleaner. I hate in the summer when it's so hot that you are sweating just sitting down. It's so gross.

winter ... summer ... spring ... whatever ... take advantage of what the weather brings ...

for me winter means: snowboarding; winter paddling; snowshoeing; toboganning; hot chocolate; and winter getaways!
