    I think the first eposide with the shithead from Long Island was so great. I didn't catch last nights though. Great show.

    there was something in usatoday a while abck about him getting sued over the show

    The guy's got balls, that's for sure. I thought Mr. Mafioso was gonna beat his ass a few times. But so entertaining to watch!

    Love the show! Although I enjoy the BBC version better. It's less choppy/aggressive and focuses more on the struggles and proper way(s) to prepare new items and how to go about acheiving overall success.

    I missed the 1st episode, but I watched last night and loved it! Gordon Ramsay kicks ass. That place was such a dump, nobody ate there; why did they have 3 managers? Seriously when the GM was lying in the booth and the waitress was massaging his head?! wtf??
    And the kitchen was disgusting! That show makes me want to spend all day cleaning my kitchen.
    I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

    those are really really minor i've worked in kitchens for years and it is very very rear that you get a score good enough to not get a reinspection which

    and those violations could mean quite a few things the un proper cleaned surface could be as simple as a bar tenders fruit cutiing board or something similar
