i was craving breakfast and didn't want to wait till morning so i fixed some home fries with onions and peppers topped with a bit of cheese, couple scrambled eggs, couple strips of bacon and an english muffin....yum!

i got a late niter planned so i feel very fortified :D

irony is i don't eat breakfast normally, but i'll want it at night. go figure lol

I agree on all counts! Sounds great. :) It also made me think of Speedy though and how I miss his food threads. :( Enjoy! :)

Breakfast for dinner is thee most important meal there is! Ohhh I loves it. I can't wait til I get off. 3:30 am, I'll be sizzling up some scrambled eggs, cheese, tomato, possibly a little onion depending on my mood when I get home in two hours, and some tobasco all wrapped up in there. Throw in a couple sausage links, and an english muffin and I'm gonna be rollin tonight. I'm tempted to make a waffle also. Hmmm....maybe.

Or I guess...this morning? I feel sorry for my neighbors, and the guy underneath me. I'm always cooking up something when I get home at 3:30. I hope I don't wake them up every night when I get off work. But only 7 or so weeks more of this and then they don't have to listen to me any longer. :D

I cam home at 5.30 am and ate fish, rice and vegetables. Is that dinner for breakfast? Or just really late dinner, because I went to sleep right after.

I do it too, not always but when I come home from parties I like to cook. I share a kitchen with five people :D

    indeeed!
i always feel so strong and good after eating eggs. i love, love, love eggs!

sure, i love pancakes, waffles, taost, etc....but nothing is as good, or really as healthy as 'breakfast' food, at any time, than eggs....in the whole breakfast food category. a complete protein as they say. good for you and tasty!

yeah i can take or leave a pancake, waffles depending on where it's from. there's this one place near my work that makes unique ones, like pear and stuff. very yummy! but eggs are the best go-to....plus hash browns. my tummy must be irish, i loves me some po-tay-toes :D
