    are you serious? that is a SHIT LOAD of beer. I'm surprised you're still alive!


    yeah, no joke.. My friends drank more then that too, and I had a hard time keeping up. I was so unhealthy, aside from the weight, I was sick all the time with various colds, and the flu and just never feeling good.. I had a lot of fun in school but I could NEVER keep up like that anymore.

    I began to get a gut last summer from increased subway consumption coupled with lack of exercise. I think my alcohol consumption stayed about the same.
    Thankfully, the beginnings of that gut are now completely gone, mainly thanks to exercising again. It's all about the exercise people. Besides the subway lunches my diet was pretty good.

    not really, I'm not into subway sandwiches. however, if an overweight person goes from eating a full course lunch of hamburgers, shakes, and fries and switches to sandwiches, they would lose weight.
