    Are they really getting evicted in pairs? This show will be like what 8 weeks if that continues?

    was this edition moved up in large part to fill schedule time during the writer's strike? if so, maybe it is only 8 weeks? just speculating.

    From what I've read it was moved up because of the writer's strike. When they made that decision, they didn't think they were going to be able to come to terms quickly. So, instead of just broadcasting reruns they moved this up to February to try and make more of their programming as new episodes. There was talk about possibly having two Big Brother seasons this year, but I don't know if that will happen.

    I don't know how long the season will last though. I have a feeling that CBS is going to get some negative feedback on the couples idea and go back to regular single person evictions in two or three weeks....

    Our power went out 1/2 hour into the show...hopefully, they'll provide a good recap.

    Is it still going to be on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday?

    Is the show now not live ever anymore? This season is looking to be way different than the others. With pairs of evictions this looks to be a snoozer season. Just too quick to make any likability with the characters and I've watched every episode since season 1.

    If this season is a short one, it will be very disappointing.

    Also one of the message boards I saw are calling 'Parker and Jen' 'Crabman and Joy'. For those of you who are My Name Is Earl fans, you'll get it.

    Yeah, Jacob was really stupid for doing that. Did he not realize that he would look like (and be) a liar? When you make accusations like that, you have to be able to back it up. I felt sorry for his partner for having to scramble around to try and save their butts.

    It was kind of stupid for the real couple to out themselves this early. The two couple that should be working as an alliance now has nobody trusting anyone else, except maybe Ryan and Jen. It wasn't necessary to let that info out either. If Jen had protested enough, she could have convinced Parker to not target Ryan and go after someone else. They are working as a couple after all.

    yah, bad move on Jacob's part. i guess Sharon doesn't have to worry about being stuck there with him for 3 months anymore... I'm guessing whatever slim chance Jacob had of getting her back is probably shot to hell!

    Yah, Jen didn't even try to talk Parker out of voting for Ryan without spilling the beans.... i guess the 4 of them are stuck together now, at least for a while... i wouldn't be too upset about it, if i was Allison or Parker... it's a guarenteed alliance. i think it'll help their cause, if they don't cock it up in some kind of jealous rage... :rolleyes: :)

    i wish Adam and what'sername left. Adam wouldn't be nearly as creepy if he didn't have those crazy, squirrely, bug eyes. :p

    I'm not too enamored with this season after watching last night.

    Big Brother in February doesn't seem right. It should stay in July and the summer months.

    I'm not complaining, but why does that one girl always wear the shortest shorts possible or bikini bottoms to show of her ass? I'm surprised CBS doesn't say something about it.

    They could have played it much better and longer

    I think they will eventually break the couples up and they could have had each others back without anyone knowing the truth
