lucky chelsea, in the first half they were being passed off the park. arsenal need to learn the direct pass more, never seem to make their possession count in terms of goals. still theres plenty of time.........
    credit to Drogba.

Mascherano starts for Liverpool and plays full90. meanwhile the Hammers start with their transfer window signing Quashie, alongside him in central midfield is Mullins.......two masters of the sideways pass, helps decipher why they are getting relegated.

Hey Klumpie, what's the matter with PSV lately? They beat Arsenal with 1-0 and then lose against NAC Breda with 3-0...

Is it all motivation? Pretty weird imo.

It's motivation, and motivation is something that can be handled by the coach. Hiddink was able to prepare the team for every match. If Hiddink played with a b-team, he said that the players could proove themselfs. Koeman tells that match against NAC isn't important, and that league and the CL are more important. That's why PSV played that weak against NAC. So it was Koeman's fault.

Well, not the best United display by any stretch of the imagination, but we'll take it.

    This was classic smash-and-grab.

The fates are conspiring. Seriously. You can't play as ineffectively as we've been the last 2 weeks and still have the results.

Yes, maybe it could be said we don't deserve it, but that's how the game goes. Liverpool are professionals, and they understand they really only have themselves to blame for not wrapping up this game long before O'Shea swept that ball in.

Not going to say anything by way of defending Scholesy, because to be blunt, what he did was indefensible, no matter what the provocation may have been. I'm not so much of a homer that I have blinders on.

    Lucky? Perhaps.
Destiny? I'm starting to believe it.

I keep hearing about how Man Utd are on course to for a repeat of the treble of 99, think certain fans are getting carried away. I would have no problem at all with them winning all remaining trophies................................................BUT, its concievable that they'll end up with nothing!!!

The 9point gap becomes 6 if chelski win their game in hand (quite probable), Utd still have to go to stamford bridge,,,,,,,,,they must also continue to take 3pointers and not stutter to draws in their remaining 9games. Scholes is out of 3 of those games, Larsson leaves on monday and Saha&Solsjaer are injured for a few weeks. Smith is being drafted back into first-team action for the first time since January06, other than him there is giggs & ronaldo who can play forward with Rooney but surely its detrimental to the team as a whole for them to be removed form their favoured wide positions, Park & Richardson down the wings arent at the same level. Also Evra is injured at the moment I hear, but there is Heinze to play there so its not such a problem unless one of the full-backs gets injured in which case he'd have to switch into that position(ehe plays for Argentina) because Silvestre is out also.
the big obstacle for the Fa Cup is sure to be chelsea who are well capable of beating them, the Champs lge nobody can be certain to win.

So............I wouldnt be all that surprised if they end up with nothing. I actually do want them to do the treble but am hoping that this negativity will spring positive results in the end,,,,,,

  • Not playing this weekend. So as long as everyone tires themselves out it should be good for Bolton. Although i have a feeling we'll get spanked at the Theatre of Wet Dreams next weekend. Still rather United win it than Chelsea.
