It should be a nice home match against Galatasaray. Kone has finally found his lucky boots.;)

1 thing is for sure, this team is better then last years. Mendez is great, Kone is back on fire, Da Costa is a very talented defender and Kromkamp will reach his old form again. Only our leftback position is too weak.

I was quite surprised that Koeman made the decicion to place Salcido on left back against AZ. I don't think he would do so in the champions league. The heart Alex/Salcido is pretty damn decent. I wonder if he will remain Da Costa.

Sure that is nice, but what is ever nicer is that Koné scored two goals as well. He has scored in three goals in a row after being dry the whole season so far. Farfan had two good goals, and a penalty he did really well.

That wasn't really a left back position, we played with 3 centrum defenders without any backs. But in the CL I prefer the duo Alex/Salcido, but Da Costa is a good defender. Thank you Piet de Visser. :D

I know what you mean by not really left back, but Kromkamp wasn't really a midfielder either. Kromkamp had a double role. I think Salcido was resposible for the left zone and shifted to the side when Kromkamp dropped to the back position.
I wonder how good Da Costa really is he did very well these two matches.

    Agreed.
Well Da Costa is young, so he will have his bad matches. But don't forget that was already selected for the Portugese selection. So that can't be bad.

Which opponent do we have saturday???

    RKC away always difficult.:D

Yes he is young, but he played alright against AZ and Sparta. He will probable have some matches that he makes some mistakes. I didn't know he was selected for the first national team. I am very interested to see how good he really is, what he has showed up to now is very pleasing.

I hope he can stay in the winter, but what a great player. It's the best player since Romario. Ronaldo and vNistelrooij were great too, but Farfan is so effective in the Dutch competition and Europe. Our scouts do some good jobs with finding big strikers.

When PSV first signed Salcido I really thought he would not do well in Europe because of his short height, but apparently that hasn't been a problem at all.
