I've read that Basile told Macherano and Tevez to leave Westham ASAP. He thought that they weren't doing well in Londen and that Macherano would be better of play in the Serie B with Juve than in the Premiership. I think that is a pretty quick judgement.

Really??? I haven't heard about that.

Well, he's kinda right in a way...Argentines usually don't quite fit into the EPL and don't reach their full potential there. I guess the one exception would be Heinze. But even Crespo missed playing in Italy and came back to Inter. Sooo...I guess I agree with him in that they will develop better as players, be happier, and reach their full potential playing in either the Italian or Spanish league instead of the EPL.

It is far too early to pronounce judgment on how successful Tevez and Mascherano will be in the EPL. Yes, there are many examples of South Americans who failed to impress, but those were assessed justifiably so after at least a season.

Chelsea, Real MAdrid and Barcelona people are all gonna be present this sunday in Buenos Aires at the "super-clasico"
Boca vs River Plate.... apparently Gago and Palacio are the ones that will be watched. Gago is like a clone of Fernando Redondo who used to play for Real Madrid and Palacio could be compared to Caniggia, very similar style.

Inter should get rid of all the 7 or 8 overrated argentines they have(minus the great Zanetti) and get these pair instead imo.

Lol, maybe not yet, but soon!!

Cant complain with 3 wins from 3 in the qualifiers.

I saw england drew at home with macedonia as well today which was, ahem, devastating. lol

Shame about ireland though, saw they were getting beten by cyprus 5-2, and wales got hammered at home by slovakia as well.
