Big win last night to stay ahead. Tonight woudl be just as big against Sheets.
I thought 90 wins would take this division but it looks like 100+ will be needed. So much for the weakest division in baseball. Does anyone look at the crappy teams out West?
Go CUBS!!!
Huge win tonight. We beat there 2 aces in there park. Let's keep the momentum going and get the game Wed. night!!! It sure cleared out by the time the 8th inning rolled around!!! GO CUBS!!!!

Nice statement for the Cubs to go into Milwaukee and beat their top 2. By the way, I heard New Kids on the Block playing over the P.A. tonight. I guess that doesnt surprise me, Wisconsin is usually about 20 years behind the rest of the country. The Mullet is still a fashion statement there, as are Cavaricci Pants, Reebok Pumps, Guess Jeans, Neon, Jelly Shoes, Members Only Jackets, and Acid Washed Jean Jackets......

Isn't New kids on tour dumbass?
It's funny you know all the names to that shit. Are you sure your not a fan and still wearing that crap? Come on be honest it's ok. I'm sure you still think Ditka is gonna come back and coach. hehe
I remember all that shit because I was alive in the 80's, and I have been in Wisconsin! and as far as New Kids being on tour I dont know, but obviously you do. And would LOVE for Ditka to come back and coach!

So I bet there are pictures of you wearing all your 80's crap from then and now?

Ditka is a good guy in my book.
I never had a mullet, but thats besides the point... the point is that people in Wisc still think its a "Stylish" look. Alpine Valley a tremendous concert venue, and its fun to do a mullet count while tailgating

A show at Alpine Valley draws people from all over the midwest not just Wisconsin. Face it buddy your stuck in the midwest where not so ''Stylish'' looks are everywhere. heh
6th inning last night had to be the best the Cubs have looked on the Road all year. Awesome taking the first two games, but can't let get too overconfident these next 2. Handle the business at hand.

Your my new favorite Cubs fan btw.
I guess its not as bad as Tampa Bay, FL. I saw the bears there once and it was a mullet and gullet festival!!
They are playing great at the exact time they needed to.
Another quality start by a Cubs starting pitcher. Truly outstanding. Love taking the first 3 of 4 on the road. I'll be there yet again tomorrow and a certain small hand held device used for sweeping will be comming with me. GO CUBS!!!!!

The brewers fan threw trash at the Cubs' fans bus! I would kick somebodys ass if they threw trash at me!
I'd be pissed, but I don't think I'd commit a felonious assault on the guy. I mean, he only threw trash, not a punch.
As a Sox fan, I'll admit that about 4 or 5 years ago, we were the much more volatile and hostile fans in the city. But from living on the North Side and putting up with all my Cub friends this year, the roles have reversed.
He floated back down 'cause he wanted to share, his key to the locks on the chains he saw everywhere.
That kind of thing happens all of the damn place.
Mix beer, plus a big game and afterwards you will have people being stupid.
You probably wouldn't believe it, but Diamondback fans are some of the worst out there. After the Diamondbacks won game one of the playoff series against the Cubs (I was there)...you would not believe the shit the D-back fans were pulling. They were literally singling people out who were wearing Cubs gear and a) talking shit b) trying to pick fights and c) just being complete dicks.
I've seen hundreds of baseball games in my day and I was blown away by that scene.
I've also seen D-backs vs. Dodgers games and those are even worse!
Sure a lot of "Cubs fans" go to the game and get drunk and act stupid, and many of those "Cub fans" are just that because it's the thing to do apparently.
Anyways, it happens all over the place and it's quite sad.
The Brewers fan shouldn't have thrown garbage, and the Cubs fans overreated. Looking back I'm pretty sure everyone involved would agree that it was stupid.
Anyways...I can only imagine the chaos in Chicago if the Cubs and Sox make the series! LOL

Yeah, I agree with you. Alcohol fuels this shit.
Me and my brother go to a few Cubs-Sox games each year, and about 5 years ago, when he was 12, I wouldn't let him leave my side at those games. It was insane, the 20-something year old Cubs fans talking smack to a 12 year old kid, with a college football playing older brother at his side(offensive line too).
And I know some Sox fans can be just as bad. In both cases, these are not the good, true fans of the teams, just hotheads with nothing better to do.
And if there's an all Chicago Series, I fear for this city, no joke.

It is, and it happens at every stadium, with every teams fans. But I think Tampa Bay Bucs fans are the worst, I saw a Bucs fan pull out his Dick while yelling to a female Chicago Bears fan "suck this bitch".... Honest to god, true story, that guy got his ass kicked, first by Bears fans then by the cops. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior, but thats what alcohol does.

It's a couple of bad apples that wreck it for all of us.
I may give you and other cub fans shit. But its all in good fun and its only a game. No need for bad behavior.
Amazing. Game 1 of this series was one of the best games I've seen all year. It seemed like a playoff game. What a differenc e afew days, and a dominant starter like harden make. What a series for the Cubs. If Harden stays healthy, they are gonna be damn tough to beat
I'm watching the game on the basbeall package, the Brewers feed. they just showed a shot that could be taken hilariously out of context. It was a shot of the scoreboard:

Hmm you remind me of somebody else from the board. Give me sec it will come to me.
Yeah, it's strange...the Cubs always have problems with the All-Stars and the rookie no-names...but pound the cover off of everyone else.
I think that (and the fact that Mil is on our ass) is why us Cub fans are so excited. Doesn't happen often! LOL
It's gonna be a race down to the end.
Yea I love all Cub fans. hehe

That's scary.
Yea well Mr. Woods is still a pussy. heh
And I'll comment first about tonight's game. We sucked and your team played great....again.
My team is making it rough around here for me to post any good stuff about them. lol
So fire away, cause I sure would at you guys.
That guy is just amazing this year.

3 Cubs Fans Beat Up Brewer Fan In Miller Park Lot

Yesterday it was a White Sox fan at a 2 year olds Birthday party. He lost his eye.
It is just a GAME!!!

He threw a freaking can at the bus after the Cub fans said shit to him.
Get your facts straight.
Is it worth facing 3 yrs in jail over?
What's sad is one of the Cub fans hit his sister in the face cause she was trying to break it up. Nice going.
It's drunk people acting stupid.
