    My grandfather just past away overnight. I've never even seen him or spoke to him in person.

    My mom was able to see him this past April for the first time since 1976 since she left the country during the war. My mother planned to bring myself and my siblings to visit him and her family in our native country to understand our heritage much better. We were suppose to visit them in spring. Now it won't be the same. My grandmother was murder in '74, so I'll never get to met neither of my mom's parents in person ever.

    I stayed up until 2 a.m. talking with a friend, which made my day because she lights up my life. But, what did not make my day was when that damn alarm went off at 6:30 this morning
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Got up at the crack of dawn drove 2 and half hours to the oral surgeon today for the begginings to have my mouth fully reconstructed, had five teeth pulled, drove 2 1\2 hours home... now waiting for my prescription before the novacaine to wears off... I cant go to sleep yet cause I need my drugs!!!! best part of the day was the nitrous though (weeeeee!)

    waking up at 5:15 to get to work for a 7:30 call...only to find out it was cancelled.

    someone dumping their responsibilities on me in the middle of a major deliverable cycle.

    huge fire at an apt complex near my train station causing a four hour commute home...@3 miles of which was walking in work shoes (ouch!). having to leave my car there since the roads are blocked - not knowing if it's going to be ok overnight. knowing that 375 people are without homes tonight.

    yep, shitty day.
