    Not being able to break an irregular sleep pattern and STILL not back to my usual energy level.

    ...when your 'PJ Buddy' tells you she has a ticket for you to see EV in Van...and you've asked for the time off work...and you are just about to book your flight...she says 'oh, well I have to wait and see if someone else is taking it' ...WHAT????...and they do.

    the amount of "poor me" and fighting threads these days. i wish i could explain to some people just how lucky they are. why seek out drama when it so easily finds you. i hope these people never come across something serious like disease or death.. i think their brain would scramble.

    in short.. lighten up people.. if it can be fixed it can be ok... seriously.. you don't know how much you take for granted.

    just get through today and trust me... tomorrow will be MUCH easier... drink LOTS of water... even go as far as having a glass of water in your hand at all time... and sip. Stock up on fruit for anytime you need to put something in your mouth... you'll be fine... don't panic and take it one day at a time... sweet jesus :)
