What is your favorite apple? :D

I favor red delicous. What are good for baking? I think I heard granny smith.

    granny smith or any other apple that is firm/dense and not too sweet. they hold up better when they're cooked, i.e. they don't turn to mush.

    never had one... I think I only had three type of apples.
