    You're right...I wouldn't. I'd buy a portable unit...even if it cost $500. I'd make it 60 degrees inside...and I'd sleep like a baby! :D

    I'm a straight male, 43 years old, I've been married for 17 years, and have 2 boys 6 yrs. old and 9 yrs. old. I teach instrumental music to grades 3 thru 5, and I'm into computer graphics. I'm into DCI (Drum Corps International), I've been a life long Rush fan, and just recently got into Pearl Jam, thanks to one of my 5th grade students. :D I've been downloading PJ tunes on iTunes, and I'm up to 32 songs so far. Great stuff! I have OCD and have had it since birth, I think. I've never been to a PJ concert ( :eek: ), my boys would love to see them, but are still a bit young for EV's banter :D ...but we listen to them all the time...my boys love PJ and will sing at the top of their lungs whenever they hear their songs. :)

    They are scary friendly. Like, really scary. I go in there every week to put in my check, and they are like.. HELLOOOOO!!!!!!! and they swarm me and ask me how they can help, and I'm like, "I'm just putting my check in", and they are like "Let me walk you through how to fill out the deposit slip"..

    Okay, thats where it goes down hill.. I say no thanks, they insist.. and they tell me where to write my name, and my address.. and then they walk me to the counter, and they ask me crazy things like, what are you doing tonight? What do you do for fun? Whats your job...

    and it makes me super uncomfortable. Almost so much that I considered switching banks, but that in itself is annoying.

    Its not good customer service, its ANNOYINGLY FRIGHTENING. I hate you bank of america.. I hate you big time!

    OH MY GOD!!! That's what they do to me at Wells Fargo!! Seriously! I can't even walk in the without someone coming up to me and kissing my ass. It's WAAAAAAAAAAY too much...stimulus overload.

    I know what you're saying though, it is a bit creepy when people are like that. I got that as well when I was in school and had wells fargo. I switched over to WaMu though since and anytime I've ever walked in there it's like I don't even exist. :p I kinda like it that way. I'll find my own help when I need it.

    I do...to get cash when I'm going on a trip....the atm will only let you get $300 in $20s...and I needed ones for tips.

    I work for a for one person, not a company, so she just pays me by check. I'm not on a payroll or anything so no direct deposit for me. It can be done though.. I might beg her to look into it.
