    defense does win out in most every championship.

    Celtics were awesome. they played team ball and just enough selfish ball and some fkn stick to the ball defense that COMPLETELY dominated the Lakers.

    Celtics in 6, just like the Jayhawks predicted..

    congrats to all celts fans. even though i dont like them, the better team won. im also really happy for paul pierce, kg, and ray allen. they all deserve it. i just wish red lived a little longer to see it.

    Oh how I was thinking about him today. My client played cards with him 4 days before he died and he still was fiesty in his card playing. This while he was on oxygen he played a mean game of cards

    I sure glad 5 years ago I asked him to sign a miniture basketball and he did.

    I'll admit I was kinda pissed off at KG's interview there...seemed way overboard. though I don't blame him b/c that his personality...very intense player.

    But when he hugged the greatest champion of all-time, Bill Russell, at the end there- that was a magical moment.

    Would be great if Red was around but Russell is still here and I'm glad he got to see another championship.

    I've got to agree with you there but we're not in his shoes and what they been through so lets just let him be KG.

    I did love his analogy of the bully cause I for was there when I laid out a bully. I didn't lay out the main one but I picked the weakest one and Pummeled him to no end. I had to be pulled off of him and YES it was a relief after they never messed with me again.

    In fact my 9th grade year some of them became my friends.

    Congrats to Celtics fans. It was their year. Good for the rivalry, also. I hope the same two teams play next year.
