One of the best shows out there...in my opinion at least. Addison needs to go away so that McDreamy and Meredith can be together. And George needs to find a nice girl.

**Season one comes out on DVD on the 14th of this month...woo hoo. Hope the extras are sweet.

Addison is so annoying!!!! she is always butting in when mcdreamy and meredith are in a steamy moment...hahaha!

What did everyone think of the episode last night. All the cliffhangers are going to make me play 'what if?' in my mind this week.

Is the bomb going to explode?
Will Bailey have complications with her pregnancy?
What reaction will Shepherd have to Meredith being in danger?
Can they save Bailey's husband with a bomb in the next OR?
Will Izzy and Alex become doers rather than watchers?
Why does Burke refuse to be friends with Shepherd?
If Chief has a heart attack, who will take on his duties in the surgical wing?


Man, I really enjoy this show.

Man, I really enjoy this show.

first of all that dr....whatever his name was, the one that left christina ricci in there, should be FIRED, what scum!! i could not believe he left the room!!!!!

i think derrick will be really upset about meredith and its going to cause more drama w/addison

omg, so much stuff going on last night, and then the previews for next week! wow, i cant wait!!!!!!!

yeah last night was just crazy.....i was so pissed that i have to wait till next week to see whats going to happen.....derrick / meredith ...just get it over with already ... you know there going to hook back up ????????????

Well, I haven't been reading any spoilers, but it looks like the Chief has a heart attack. It seems obvious that Bailey will have her child.

There are several loose ends to be tied up, including Meredith having her hand on the bomb and Shepherd doing neurosurgery on Bailey's husband. Izzy and Alex took another weird turn in their relationship, so that may play out a little more next week.


I'm surprised nobody has mentioned George's dream sequence at the beginning of the show on Sunday. That was AWESOME!

AH! i must have missed George's dream!! can you re-cap??
i couldnt believe they ended it like that, i was thinking they might have started late cuz of the superbowl (i ALMOST forgot it was on) and so only saw about 40 minutes of it so i was hoping they started late too... but no,.. it ended with her hand onthe bomb! cant wait for next sunday!

It was simply a setup for Meredith's "bad feeling" that she shouldn't go to work that day. But George's dream sequence included Christina, Meredith, and Izzy all in the shower together getting soapy. George walks in, drops his towel and goes into the shower. Just when things started getting interesting for him, he wakes up and falls out of bed.

Throughout the sequence, Meredith's voice-over was talking about whether your dreams reflect reality or have prophetic qualities. They made you think it was Meredith's dream until George rolls off the bed and wakes himself up.

Then they focus on Meredith refusing to get out of her bed, talking about not wanting to go to work because she had a bad feeling about it. Obviously, she went, but only after Christina was called in to motivate her.

although I love the show and that particular episode was great... that dream was all about keeping guys watching the show after watching the super bowl. That's the ONLY thing it was about.

I love the show, too, since way before that sequence. You're probably right that it kept more men watching after the game.

Do you fault ABC or the Grey's people for trying to capitalize on a huge viewership? That's a once-in-a-series opportunity to follow the Super Bowl. They got to the real stuff pretty soon after that scene, though.

ABC is promoting the new episode tonight saying that 45 MILLION people watched last week's show. That is abnormally high, based on the Super Bowl audience, but it must've been a positive thing to have so many tuned in to their show.

I think the conclusion tonight will be great television and I hope most of those 45 million come back to watch it.

was watching under siege 2 earlier this morning and izzy was in that movie, much younger of course....made me even more excited for tonight!!!!
