pre ordered mine a few weeks ago. I just got a call from game stop reminding me to pick it up at mid night monday. The chances of me going to pick it up at midnight are pretty slim. But will se.

I'm new to this pre-ordering video games thing...
So they will keep a copy on hand until I come get it right? So if I'm not there right away they won't sell out before I get there?

haha no way, but i can't wait to run wild in Liberty City; beating hookers, stealing cars while beating hookers, robbing banks then finding a hooker to beat, getting drunk at the pub then maybe stumble upon a hooker i can beat! OMG it's gonna be a blast. just kidding i love hookers

Beating them takes too much time. There's too many other things to destroy. I prefer gunning them down or running them over with my car.

I'm pretty pumped about getting the game. I bought it online through Best Buy so I'm hoping it shows up tomorrow. It shows that it shipped on 4/25 but no tracking info is available yet.

IGN gave this game a perfect 10. Wow. They haven't done that since Ocarina of Time, I think.... I've never been a huge fan of the GTA games, but if I had a 360, I'd pick this game up no doubt.

I keep seeing ads for this game at Circuit City on TV. They're apparently throwing in $10 gift cards with purchase and....well, thats a nice enough bonus to win my business tomorrow morning. So anyone who hasn't pre-ordered it might want to check that out.

I'm pickin' it up for PS3 and am way interested in a Message Pit online tilt. My id is TheBeardedFellow and please put a little note like 'PJ fan' with it, if only so i don't just dismiss it as some random dude i played RockBand or Team Fortress 2 with.

Well that was nuts lol, living in quite a small town (population of less than 30,000), I really wasn't excpecting so many people to be at the 24hr Tesco's for midnight.
I got there at 8 minutes to 12 and there was already a hefty que in line near the tills, had to go up stairs, state the format I wanted it on and take a ticket before joining the que, I was number 31 for the PS3 not to mention all the 360 users as well and the que continued to build for a little while after(the shop sold out of copies for both incidently).:eek:

Was up till nearly 3 O'clock playing, it's pretty fucking awesome as I excpected, I aint going on multiplayer till after I have completed the story though but my PSN id is the same as my screen name on here.:)
