A very pretty lady weighed 500 lbs and lost about 150 pounds in her stomach and the excess skin literally looked like a huge tail under her breasts down to about a foot above the floor. The plastic surgeon picked it up and said he never saw that much excess skin in his life. I felt so sorry for her and I really wanted to see her post surgery but my husband turned the channel. The surgeon said he was cutting it off and it weighed 40 lbs.
