peppers simmered most of the day in olive oil and garlic... yum!

people in the tundra have no clue...

I once bought "italian brats"... cooked them like bratwurst... only to find they were attempts of some wisconsin german trying to make italian sausage...

OMG!! I think I barfed at that moment.

I know. doesn't happen everytime i tell ya, but it does happen. actually the mustard (only golden's spicy mustard) cools the hot sausage. burns my mouth fresh off the grill. then burns my bunghole in the portopotty. :D it's a tailgating staple in my family.
I love to turn you on

just reg pork sausage ,, individual pieces of them (either hot or sweet..or both :) )

regular bell peppers and regular onions

just cut up the peppers and onion into little strips and place them in a tray with the sausage slip into the oven .(.ill get a temp and time amount)
usually cook it at 350 for at least 1 &1/2 hours. I cook the sausage in one pan & the peppers & onions in another for about an hr. then I put them all in one pan for another ½ hr. covered with tin foil.

the sausage and peppers will give enough juice so u dont have to add anything

thanks! sounds tasty. not big on hot, might try sweet.
on the sausage, any favorite brands? long links cut into peices, or smaller hot dog sized?
    whole garlic cloves, or sliced?
what is the best kind of pan? roaster? cookie sheet?
