Fun to speculate, 'cause I'm a daydreamer (for good and bad things).
Terribly tragic if it happens.
The possibility could be averted if we all just voted NADER!!!!Walking can be a real trip

Now that is something to sing about...but it will only morph into Obama vs McCain 24/7. And now people will actually start paying McCain some attention...however good or bad that turns out to be. These last few months McCain has been non-existent...now he'll get his turn to share the spotlight. This competition between Hillary and Obama has really kept all the focus and attention on the Dems and it's true that PR is good no matter what. People often get behind someone simply because of name recognition and hearing about them the most(so sad but so true). McCain is at a huge disadvantage for this reason and of course his lack of charisma...no magazine cover smile there(ew), not to mention how his ideas/policies will be automatically associated with the increasingly record breaking unpopularity of the Bush/Cheney whitehouse which is simply riddled with failed policies. This election really shouldn't be anywhere near close, imo.

get ur boy to do something other then just around election time, and i would listen to what he has to say more closely, and take him more serious.
i like him, he just dont do crap as far as a 3rd party goes except around election time.Peace, Love.

Common misconception. Nader is out there doing the same work every year....you just hear about it even less. Plenty of people have posted things proving this point wrong...here's a good example.

I find it funny how people hold Nader to such a high standard and can't name me hardly anything Obama has done to deserve all the praise and admiration he's receiving. I wonder why you seem so intent on taking Obama seriously. What has be done to wow you?If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.

Yeah, he should just write more books about how awesome he is and then go on
publicity tours selling himself to everyone. Then people can start taking him serious. All this crap about fighting the good fight against corruption and working to improve life for the rest of us is pale in comparison. If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.

i agree that Nader does great things for the country, dont get me wrong.
im just saying if we as a country want , ( or need ) a 3rd party, he should spearhead this thing and really get it going. not just around election time.
i know he does a lot of good. im just talking about the 3rd party deal.
anyway, i dont want to argue really. i was just excited about the whole "history" thing.
this is why i dont come to the MT much. lol.Peace, Love.

I'm wondering if Obama doesnt take Hillary's calls this week if she will decide to run as a third party candidate out of spite, perhaps a Clinton/Nader ticket for the people shunned by Obama.0

nah, we dont even need to think of that, Obama has already tried to call her tonight, but his people are saying that he got her voice mail . so she is not taking his calls at the moment. but her people are saying they were in a bad reception area at the airport, now they are trying to get a hold of him and they got his VM. lol. they are playing phone tag right now as we speak according to CNN. lol.Peace, Love.

It's great step for our country. I'd love to see him win as well. A breath of fresh air, I kinda sick and tired of old white guys. hehePJ- 04/29/2003.06/24,25,27,28,30/2008.10/27,28,30,31/2009

Nader wouldn't touch her with a ten foot pole. Matt Gonzalez is working out just fine, thank you.
"She is a political coward," Nader said. "She goes around pandering to powerful interest groups on the one hand and flattering general audiences on the other. She doesn't even have the minimal political fortitude of her husband."
