Quit stirring the shit, asshole. ;)

what a hateful thing to say :)
And you ask me what I want this year
And I try to make this kind and clear
Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days
Cuz I don't need boxes wrapped in strings
And desire and love and empty things
Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days

I don't know what came over me. :o

when you get a guy like biffy in here trying to stir shit up...I have no problem calling him a dick because...well...he's a dick. Much like most message board bad asses, he probably got picked on as a kid, lives with his mommy, and generally hates his life. I'll play along and stoke the fire with a douche like that.

I'm sorry you feel that way but I couldn't disagree more. Most thread starters, especially on Moving Train, have an agenda. Be it Liberal, Libertarian, or Conservative, many OP's deliver their opinions so they can find others with like opinions.

Usually, these threads are a channel to congregate with other Libertarians, Cons, Mods, etc.
I don't know about an "agenda," not sure what you mean by that. Certainly most people here have strong opinions and aren't shy about stating them, but it would be pretty hard to have a politics forum without people like that, don't you think?

Interesting that you think you can read the minds of the posters and know what their purpose was for posting.

There are Liberals that want to talk to other Liberals... it's not uncommo. Yet you can deny that there are people who refuse to hear dissent.

We are not going to ever agree on this. Poo.

I don't know why anyone would post their opinion on a message board if they didn't want to hear dissent. I mean, if you don't want to hear dissent, that's pretty easy to accomplish ... just keep your opinions to yourself.

Maybe there are people like that here ... if so, they are pretty silly people.

You are probably too young to have seen this show -- this was Homey the Clown, a drunk clown on a show called "In Living Color".

...But seriously, we all have a difference of opinion-which is great...

When someone on this board says that OUR war on Iraq was justified, or that 9/11 was Bill Clinton's fault, or that Universal Health Care is a horrible idea, or that GLBT people should not have the same rights as heterosexuals...

    THAT IS NOT GREAT.

The rules on the board are pacifistic, which will only get you so far... and then it will get you to paralysis as far as being progressive goes... which is where i believe the moderators stand...

Sometimes it has to come to "may the best man win"... If one or both are skilled enough, they can come back from that and back into a decent conversation... where maybe they will learn from each other.

I just don't think it should be up to the moderators to decide what is best for all of us... Doesn't seem very "free"...

but then again... there are trolls...
Freedom is a state of mind...

I'm pretty sure that most of the fans on here are good people. :)

They just bicker alot some days! ;)

I've made a lot of really great friends on the board and I'm really grateful for knowing them and being able to share my love of PJ with them. Anything after that is a bonus as far as I'm concerned.
And the odd person that I don't feel so friendly towards, well I'm quite sure they feel the same way about me and good on them! It's their right as it is mine.

You can't like everybody and everybody can't like you.

But variety is the spice of life. So I'm glad we're all here. :)
    NOPE!!!
