wouldn't it technically be limited choice? We are all pro choice...we just happen to think abortion shouldn't be one of the choices.

Only if you think someone is for limited choice if they don't think murdering someone is an appropriate choice in response to something. ;)

    Abortion isn't murder.

None of these articles seem very conclusive.
    Which came first,
the bad idea or me befallen by it?

True. Though my opinion on war has changed significantly. My opinion on the death penalty softens from tiem to time until some sick bastard rapes and kills a kid, then I go back ot the beginning.

Anyhow, I was only messing around in this thread and probably shouldn't get into an abortion debate.

15 years ago my girlfriend had an abortion even though i offered to raise the child. to this day i wonder about that child. what he/she would have looked like; what they'd be doing right now; what they'd be like. i love that child i never knew.

    just my 2 cents.

I also wonder if we have aborted the person that would have cured cancer.

    Impossible.

If "they would have" would imply that it was their fate, that is negated by the fact their fate was to be aborted.

Has nothing to do with fate, just chance.

For that matter they could have obtained the world record for most abortions.

It's possible. It's also possible that the child you would have conceived if you and your wife had taken today off and spent the day in bed would have cured cancer. The world will never know.

Or the child could grow up and be mentally retarded and you'd have to wipe his ass his entire life.

Doesn't mean we should abort him. Mentally retarded babies are just as human as geniuses - in fact, they can be some of the most beautiful people in the world.

Dude, murder is done with malice.

Killed is a more suitable term, don't be such a sensationalist.
