liberal vs. conservative?

Instead of labels like liberal or conservative, I think we should have just one:

"I don't like people who aren't like me" or "I like people who aren't like me."

I would fall firmly in the first. I certainly don't like people who aren't like me.

All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

    good, evil
    sith, jedi

conservatives nowadays tend to lean towards the sith and evil. In fact when ever i see an bad person who is a conservative i don't even think of them as a conservative anymore, they are simply just bad people. Of course there are bad Liberals, but the number is far less

It was a really happening thread for the short time it was going, too! We were all intrigued as to why soulsinging was missing from even the members list! It was a shame it was removed so quickly! :)

I don't want to be sarcastic in any way in this post, but...

Am I the only person that disagrees? Am I really? Isn't it possible- even probable- that both major parties have an LCD? Surely there are just as many idiotic liberals as there are conservatives, and vice versa. Right?

at least 'Liberal' has the word Liberty in it, sure they steal our money, but not our democracy.

Yeah, not4u has just lost my respect.

By that logic, libertarians are identical to liberals, and conservatives want to save the planet.

I'm a staunch conservative, no exceptions. Liberals should be banished to Venezuela. Corporate Whore is kickass. Love you man.
