Interesting you seem to know very little to nothing about the guy.

i pity the fool
I think you might want to brush up on your Iran/Iraq history... specifically the 1980 - present period. I'm not sure what you mean by this, "maybe enemies, but not stupid in time of war and destruction..". Are you talking about war and destruction occuring today?
If so, then Iran is looking to expand their influence over the region... especially a region with a large oil reserve. An oil reserve that Western Economies are addicted to. During Hussein's reign, Shi'ia Muslims were oppressed because Hussein hated them and their seat of power, Iran. And the quarrel is 1400 year old and began when Sunnis took control over the Muslim Religion by murdering the leader of the Shi'ia sect. Toss in the Imam Ali Mosque in Najaf, Iraq (the third holiest site in the Shi'ia religion)... and there you have it.
..
P.S. Saddam Hussein was a fool and a buffoon. He was not some sort of evil mastermind, such as Dr. Evil or Blofeld. He ruled through brutality.Allen Fieldhouse, home of the 2008 NCAA men's Basketball Champions! Go Jayhawks!

A couple posts up you asked some stunningly blind questions about the guy, seeing as it's all he talks about if you've watch more than 10 seconds of him you would know that.
You'll hardly make an example of me as to what I know about the current situation. Good luck trying though.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,

macgyver06 wrote:Because they acquired chemical weapons from Iraq in 2001. Which they in turn gave to Russia in 2007 in return Saddam got immunity along with Bin Laden.
Do you really mean Russia or one of its breakoff States. Russia doesn't need to import chemical weapons.
You do know that Saddam was "hanged" on 12/30/2006 so how does this whole Russian immunity thing for Saddam workout in 2007.macgyver06 wrote:to take control of alaska oil. i dont know..but youre missing the point
they are playing keep away.
Russia's not interested in taking control of Alaska's oil. Russia is claiming the North Pole and an expansion of the Bering Sea due to polar melting and that has nothing to do with the event in the middle east or its players.macgyver06 wrote:even the troops guarding the oil fields outside the city walls? or has he specified...
In case you missed it, with Hunt Oil now in place and the fact that the U.S. wants to run a new pipeline across Iraq into Israel. This will give Israel "military" oversight over the northern part of Iraq which contains 40% of Iraq's oil reserves. The answer is Israel.SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. p.s. just because you read an articl on iraq and iran doesnt mean anything and has no basis here.
also saddam was installed in iraq by the u.s. because he is greedy and wouldnt have any influence over the region. he used genocide to kill kurds...his cities were not ruled brutally...0 -

so you are saying it will be israels army that will bring stability to that region...or will they be the ones left to die?0 -

why did iran meet with russia....no one knows this... how come?0 -
macgyver06 wrote:so you are saying it will be israels army that will bring stability to that region...or will they be the ones left to die?
No!!! The U.S. has established military bases within Iraq, we're not leaving, just like Cuba, Germany, South Korea. Plus, we no longer have to rely Turkey or Israel as the only land option for our military requirements. The U.S. knows that an Israeli military presence on Iraq soil would destabilize that region and unite the "islamic" populations, that's why Israel soldiers operate covertly within Iraq.
Israel lacks two things in the middle east a) economical clout and b) land.
--Controlling the export location of the newly proposed pipeline would solve the economical part and gives Israel military justification to secure and review the pipeline which would include air space through Jordan and Iraq.
--Israel sees Iraq as the solution for its land problem and the Palestinian problem. The facade of these new so-called peace talks are anything but, the "Offer" is simple. We'll let you establish a Palestinian "homeland" somewhere within Iraq. In return, Palestine has to relinquish all claims to the original territory shared or historically claimed by them to Israel and Jordan and vacate the State of Israel.SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. Following your timeline, Iran needed political (UN) protection, someone to keep its back. Putin needed economical help with its recession and controlling its own terrorists problems. Way of the world, Saddam was the scapegoat because a dead binLaden meant no new world order and would have effectively allowed for a physical associated towards a 9/11 closure; giving America the ability to heal.SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. Iran and Russia have had a mutual relationship dating back to the 1950s, with the exception of the time period when the Shah was in power. Iran and Russia's relationship was reestablished after the Islamic Revolution when both government's had a similiar dislike and mistrust of the US government."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0
