*the RealID card is a pre-cursor to the soon to be manditory RFID chips that will be required to be IMPLANTED into your body, constantly monitored by a system of satelites orbitng the earth using radio frequencies, and will store all of your vital information including your social security number, your birthdate, your credit information, and most importantly, YOUR MONEY... ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE DONE VIA THIS CHIP, and get this, if the powers that be feel that you're becoming a threat to their plan, or that you're just thinking too much, they can simply TURN OFF YOUR CHIP, and then it will be as if you don't even exist...

Here is a video that explains the RealID card and eventually the RFID chip much better than i can... go to http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com, and forward to 1:45:30 and watch for 3 or 4 minutes, or, better yet, watch the entire film, because that will paint a clearer picture of the whole plan...

  • They don't need to implant a chip do that. They can have all that on a card which requires your thumb print to verify.

They are already doing the thumb print thing under the guise of voter registration.

also...we kinda have that scenario now...it's called visa and a signature.

Get rid of paper money and well...

They just turn you off at the head computer and with the flick of a finger toss you back into the stone age.

people are so clueless to this being slipped in right under our noses.

hmm I wonder what Paris Hilton is up to these days...drool...

  • it's funny, they're touting these cards as a means to help "stop illegal immigration" or whatever, yet anyone with eyes to see knows that this administration is not doing shit to halt illegal immigration whatsoever...

and WHY?... because Bush recently signed an illegal agrement which essentially eliminates the US borders, making us one with Canada and Mexico---an entity called the North American Union, and thus making our constitution null and void...

they are already set up to change our money from the dollar (or canadian dollar or peso) into the "Amero", exactly in the way that the "European Union" was formed, replacing each countries respective currencies into the Euro...

which brings us one step closer to a one-world government, and, most importantly, a one world bank...

and when that happens, we're totally fucked....

The fact that you see no reason to be concerned would be a pretty major reason for me to be concerned.

Are people really that dumb that they can't scratch their asses and realize the implications of a card\chip which TRACKS YOUR EVERY PHYSICAL MOVE & FINANCIAL TRANSACTION ON THE PLANET !?!?

Sweet Jesus, people. Orwell just rolled over and coughed up his brain.

Here at work... we got issued these 'Smart Badges' with a chip that identifies us by name, employee number, citizen status and security clearance. The badge is also read by readers on the varioous campuses, tracking our movement while on company property. It is also used to access certain secured computer systems.
I think it's okay because it'll track people within the buildings where classified data and materials are kept.
The problem... it's a badge. The readers track the badge. If the badge is lost or stolen, it grants your access to the premises.
    ...
The same thing would happen if RealID cards are lost or stolen. That's why they are going with the chip implant. Without a chip, it would be possible to keep people, such as illegal immigrants, from purchasing goods or services, perform banking transactions... participating in our society. That is how they will probably sell it to us... by telling us we will be safer and the 'terrorists' won't be able to operate in this country.
Some see this as good... I don't. I don't want an intrusive government. I have no idea who is watching and who is watching the watcher to make sure they aren't doing illegal things. The only way I can see anyone agreeing with this plan is someone who completely trusts our government workers... law enforcement personel... and their superiors. I don't trust them... I don't want this.

They will never stick a chip in my arm. I'll leave the country first. But then the new world order as Bush's father put it seems to be happening everywhere now.

I'm telling you...it's all gonna fucking pop and back to the stone ages we go.

On the paranoid side of life............................They could have been doing this for the last couple of years or more to children who are born and nobody would be clued in at all. I can't see the "chip" being all that big and when they take your newborn away from you to clean him/her up, they could implant right then and there and voila you have your new tracking device at home with you a couple of days later. Wired up for a life that needs to be calmed down with ridilin. ;)

Nano technology scares me more though. Invisible little micro computer things that can assemble and carry out a task.

Put them in the water supply, and they assemble somewhere in your body.

The technology is not that far away. I bet it's already here but still classified. The govt is always about 10 years ahead with this kind of stuff...

It's the size of a piece of rice.
They HAVE been doing this for years...well, not to babies (that I know of :p), but Wal-Mart and many other stores put them in their products. The fucking LIBRARIES in my city put them in all of their books (this one scares me....I wonder how many of those books are on watch lists and being monitored), under the guise of simplifying/speeding up the rental procedure and being able to cut staff. Clubs in Europe have been asking people to have them injected voluntarily in order to speed up lineups to get in...and there was a report of the first baby being injected with one just a few weeks ago.
There is an entire section about this stuff on the Alex Jones sites....(infowar and prisonplanet).

I hope all this hype and govt suspiciousness from the people sends the message that the public isn't exactly ripe pickings for modern day slavery new world order model.

However...we haven't had 9/11 part 2 yet. That should be interesting. I'll place my bets now that the Whitehouse goes totally bonkers with delicious new laws and mandates on how and when we can tie our shoes and take a dump etc... etc...

I'll be chilling on some tropical remote island somewhere if it all gets too weird... I've been wanting to for the last few years now. It's just a matter of time for me.

My take on the RealID stuff is that it's going to happen period. The loss of privacy happened decades ago round about when federal income tax was introduced. This is all just fall out. Too many people pick and choose what parts of government they want to be big without understanding there is no taming a growing, runaway government. Every new social program they vote for and demand is just another nail in the coffin. I'm not fighting it, I'm not resisting it. My energies are better spent learning to adapt.

And your state-issued license isn't in a federal database somewhere? I guess if you travel to another state, there's no way to prove who you are...

I suppose you oppose passports as well?

I think thats the point of the REALID Act - each state has different standards, hence the Feds reasoning for a national standard.

Oh for gosh sakes! I don't even know how to respond to this! What an outrage to compare the Haulocost to ANYTHING like this... you people are so paranoid about everything...land of the free? No way...Home of the brave - nope...why...because you are PARANOID...

It's fine to be concerned, but predicting the future? Pfffffttt....Some of the responses on here are WAY over the top...

And yes - this form of ID is being proposed for Canada - and our gov't is looking into it right now, as a matter of fact. It's a chip on a drivers' licence to make crossing into the US (and back into Canada) a lot easier and without the use of a passport. How this will work for non drivers and children, I don't know...but it seems pretty harmless. Plus - you don't HAVE to get one. And besides, you have to give up a whole lotta info about yourself when you apply for a passport, or (as someone said) fill out your income tax form.

So relax, have a drink, and listen to some Clash or Pearl Jam...

PS..I know that I probably spelled Haulocost wrong...nobody needs to bring it my attention...Thanks

I think it has a lot to do with Alex's libertarian/Ron Paul supporting views. Being libertarian has became much more popular than being republican here. I personally get tired of hearing the guy rant on and on about the 'evil government' (I see it as... govt is made up of people and it's up to us to make what we can out of our govt) and his constant fear mongering but to each their own.

I don't see any kind of government control as harmless...cause once it's law, they can just continue building on it. So yes, looking to the future where our rights are concerned is a must....
Maybe they won't FORCE people to get the card...but if they start putting them in driver's licenses, passports, or under your skin, they have a LOT of control over you, esp. once they start running our finances with it.

This is nothing new...I remember a HS teacher saying, in the mid-90's, that in the near future we'd be scanning a card right at the shelf to pay for something, then just walking out thru a scanner...no employees needed. You think Wal-Mart isn't diggin that idea?

It will just keep progressing until everyone is convinced that it might as well just be implanted b/c if we lose it we're fucked....but then we WILL be fucked if the government ever decides we should be. It's sooooooo Orwellian it's not even funny. I don't understand how anyone can not have a problem with that.

I agree with your take on Jones...I really wish he wasn't so evangelical in his approach...tho I have to admit, I kinda like how he gets out on the street with his bullhorn...ineffective, but hardcore :D

And yes, this administration has made a lot of people think government should just go away...I bet a lot of betrayed-feeling republicans would rather see a viable third party, or even see it all come crashing down than vote dem;)....which is a good thing, I s'ppose.
