Exactly that's the really scary part it matters none who wins the Presidential race they're both up Iarael's butt. In their eyes Isarel can do no wrong.

Is it religious or political? Why do American leaders bend over for Israel? Or if they want to get elected they need to praise Israel for example.

What is driving these people to be so blind towards Israel?

That is THE fundemental question indeed. There has to be some kind of backdoor deal with Isarel that makes this fact so. Has to be.

My opinion is that terrorism doesn't matter. It will never go away. The only thing you can do is say keep killing us we will still be here with our freedom, female equality and support of Israel.

Fighting a "War on Terror" is a never ending vacuum on the wallet of America.

Only 5000 or so people died in 9/11. It was not nearly as big a deal as our government has made it out to be.

Do you really think you are going to die in a terrorist attack?

"ONLY" 5000 died in 9/11?? Are you kidding me? You obviously live nowhere near NYC and probably did not know anyone that lost their life over there. Well I did know someone that lived in my building in New Jersey that died and left a widow and 2 year old girl.

Having an opinion against the war is fine (I was for Afghanistan, against Iraq) but to trivialize 9/11 because "ONLY" 5000 people died is stupid.
  • I'm sure you know people who have died of lung cancer. Should we drop a cluster bomb on Phillip Morris headquarters?
  • Or maybe we should drop a cluster bomb on 7-11 headquarters because they sell Marlboro's. Much like we bombed Iraq because of ties to Al Quida.

A militaristic Empire we've become for sure. Few Americans know around this world on every continent we have permanent American Military bases (over 700) some with laws that forbid American soldiers from prosecution in any crimes they may commit in those countries.

Scary shit but Chalmers Johnson's book The Sorrows of Empire...Militarism, Secrecy, and the End of the Republic, really puts it in perspective anyone can understand.

I believe you and i have spoke before and i know you were in the Army, I beleive, but to say there is no prosecutinon for our soldiers is wrong. You know as well as I know that there are Status Of Forces Agreement that the Uniformed Code of Military Justice prosecute. They migh not be prosecuted for the crimes in the host country but sure as shit they will be by the military. Another thing is the majority of those Military bases you talk about are Embassies we have in other countries. There are foreign government Embassies in DC. Sure the Marines are the guards at the Embassies but the other countries military guards thiers too. I am not trying to pick a fight just trying to clear up some discrepencies I have with your point.

do other countries have 30,000 troops in Mecca, ISlam's holiest site? Do they have 30,000 troops in Saudi Arabia in billlion dollar bases to protect their embassy? Do other countries have 700 military, not diplomatic establishments, 700 military bases around the world?

I'm guessing that kind of actually clicks home, and realizes at some points in peoples minds...

    The brown people per se.

I'm sure they love US military vehicles driving around checking stuff out.

They probably dream about having more foreign military presence and it makes them happy...

yeah... I bet...shits and giggles...and puppy dog tails...
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
