Maybe, instead of arguing to the bottom of the barrel, over who's less qualified; Oblabber/BinHidin or Sariously Failin/McFeign; maybe people should be be seriously considering alternate candidates other these those two ......"Real World, reality TV .....Who Wants To Be The President ......Are You Smarter Than A Polar Bear , rejects.

    Just saying.

She's not running for President. How come we're not scrutinizing Biden this way? That guy's the biggest ding-dong ever. Or even Obama?? How come Charlie Gibson never did an interview like that with Obama? He's the one running for President without even one full term of Senate experience. Gibson made it a point to rip holes in Palin's words, meanwhile Obama spews his "Change" rhetoric anywhere and everywhere without any hindrance.

No She's not running for president, but we all know McCain is old and you all have to consider the ...what if he dies while in office? question. Do you want Palin to be the president...even if for a short while??? Seriously!!!

  • I'm sure we could provide some ... but then you'd just deny them ... or say they didn't happen. And maybe, you'd be right.

Someone on the news last night described Palin as a "political Rorschach test" and I thought that was pretty apt. Those of us who already generally have a favorable impression of her see things that buttress that impression, and those of you who are already suspicious of her see things that support those suspicions.

Hahahaha I'm sure we could?? meaning you have NONE right now?? Good one...so yer voting cause "your a republican" only huh.
    Good fuckin rational there!!!!

Prove me wrong...I really wanna hear why people think mccain is better.

Oh, yes, the average/normal American woman certainly doesn't want the option of choice over her own body. The average/normal American woman loves to shoot animals from above. The average/normal American woman wonders how they too can get books banned from their local library. The average/normal American woman treats their childrens' names as a joke. The average/normal American woman believes the war in Iraq is God's mission. The average/normal American woman totally relates to getting to where they are in life purely based on their physical appearance.

Oh yes, Sarah Palin represents the average/normal American woman well.

Way to address the issue. Let's see, born and raised for the first 23 years of my life in the USA. You can consider me one of the minority of Americans that has lived internationally and has seen the US from both the inside and outside. I have seen how much damage people with Palin's attitudes has done to the reputation of the USA. But really, all it takes is common sense to see that she's a fringe lunatic. Doesn't matter where you're from.

Oh and good that you editted your post to come off as a bigger twat.

    God save your ignorant ass.

    God save the Queen

Some women do believe in the right to a child's life and PAlIN does have a right to name her child in agreement with her husband anything she wants. However everything else SF2 said right on point and I still can't understand why she would want folks to have the right to carry loaded weapons into a bar. Appears to be a recipe for disaster.

Yes, some, but Pepper's statement was average/normal and the statistics speak against that. Also, I'm not saying she doesn't have the right to name her children whatever she'd like, but it's not normal or average to treat something so lightly. To me that illustrates poor decision making where it really shouldn't be too difficult to make a good choice.

I just watched a feature on the national news about her membership in Pentecostal churches and their belief in speaking "tongues". THAT was "interesting".

Nowhere near the same reality. Unfortunately.

No one voted for Biden to be president during the primaries, but they seem to be okay with him being a heartbeat away.
    Obama's healthy and young

I'd rather have Biden run my company than Palin.

    Palins scary shit

YOu could take the two....add Biden if you like...ask them the same questions seperately and Palin will look like an idiot compared to the other two. Fact. If you see something other your not being objective. Or rather your simply being human and justifying your means. And yes Obama/Biden supporters do the same thing.....BUT PALIN....just scary people don't see through her, what she has to offer......she said on record when asked about being VP..."well you have to tell me what VP does?" I mean come on people.

Yes, if your VP candidate sucks our VP candidate can suck too...

But in the grand scheme of things the Republicans are not attacking your VP for his lack of experience, we are attacking your PRESIDENTIAL candidate for his lack of experience...think to yourself what is more important when it come to experience in this situation
Hmm.. atleast we know what Obama's policies even ARE... at the end of the day, you guys act like Obama is going to go into the white house and be so inexperienced that he won't know what the fuck to do. He's met with leaders of other countries, he's shown his policies and the steps he'll take to accomplish what he wants. To say he's 'inexperienced' is an annoying argument.

On the other hand, Palin's barely seen the world, and has never met with a leader of another country.
Please explain to me what makes her a horrible person
You mean other than the fact that she thinks killing 1 million people in Iraq was a task from God? other than the fact that she's blatantly racist/against other religions? other than the fact that she's only going to be continuing the same bullshit we've dealt with for the past 8 years?

tell me, were you happy with Bush in office? what in the world makes you think McCain/Palin will be different?
, is it her belief all people are created equal and won't abort a child.
No, it's her allowing her daughter to make the same choice she wants to take away from everyone else.
Is it her down to earth personality...is it her strong family values?
how is she down to earth? wtf does this even mean? as for family, it's more like "MY family before any of yours"...
The middle ground that makes the difference, has been captivated by Palin, her natural/normal American female, competant effervesence, and her ability to relate to those who heretofore were not convinced by McCain, but weren’t suckered by Borat Obama.
Borat Obama? God, you're incredibly lame.

Anyway, SF2 already tore apart your whole "natural/normal American female" (whatever the fuck that even means) attempt at making a point, so...
....with this being said why are Bidens political views irrelevant when you decide to vote for Obama?
    who said they're irrelevant?
  • Hahahaha I'm sure we could?? meaning you have NONE right now?? Good one...so yer voting cause "your a republican" only huh.

What I meant by that is I've provided examples ad nauseum on other threads. And it devloves into a "he-said, she-said" exchange in which there is no fool-proof way to prove who is right.

One example: As one of her accomplishments, I could point to Palin as instrumental in killing the "Bridge to Nowhere" pork project, even though she once supported it. That is the cue for all the liberals on here to come rushing in and say, "No, she wasn't."

They're never going to believe she was, I'm never going to believe she wasn't. It's all a matter of opinion.

So why re-hash all that for the billionth time on this board? I know it might not seem like it from my post count, but I've got better things to do.

As for why McCain is better ... well, again, it's all a matter of opinion. If you are generally conservative like me, and if you generally prefer smaller government like me, and if you generally prefer fewer taxes like me and if, like me, you find yourself agreeing with something closer to McCain's foreign policy than Obama's ... you're going to vote McCain.

If you are generally liberal, and the opposite of all the above, you're probably going to vote Obama.

    It isn't rocket science.
