opinion..ok...sure... I have it....we all do.
Don't expect it to automatically mirror reality at this point in your understanding. Do you assume ultimate understanding by default?
That would mean you know everything there is to know.
So...do you make that claim??? You know all there is to know from a schooling perspective? From a discriminative level?
I don't... but I can assure you I am well ahead of the status quo. Well ahead.
Are you status quo? Or beyond it? If so tell me how?
Where.... and how often.... and for whom do you seek the truth? At what perspective does your filter engage? That is paramount. If anything tell me that. Where do you place priority, and where do you secure information from that basis?
What perspective....kill terrorists at all costs no matter what...or peace (i.e basic common sense)
On TV? Please don't tell me that. You will not get any respect or recognition from me on that level. The truth is not to be found there...i.e. freely available in mainstream media.
where else do you look?.....and how often do you search?
let me know...
Don't confuse me with average, or sub par... that would be your ultimate lack of understanding.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,

IN thos e books, a wealthy private citzen in Japan initiates a war against the USA, simultaneously attacking financial institutions and strategic land targets. It culminates with a pilot whose son dies in the conflict flying his airliner into the White House, obliterating the US executive.
The sequel deals with various power factions around the world embarking on further attacks on the USA, including biological warfare etc.
The events since 9/11, including the failed anthrax attacks so closely mimic those books, I really believe Bin LAden read them and thought, holy fuck, I can do that.
I really don't believe that the USA or Israel was complicit in any of the attacks.
Tom Clancy....sounds like you're reading some fiction there and filling in the blanks according to make believe.

Well, the books were written well before the events of 2001, so you work it out for yourself. Maybe you should check them out.Music is not a competetion.0 -

I am intruged as roland already asked you. What do you base all your knowledge of current world affairs on?Keep on rockin in the free world!!!!
The economy has polarized to the point where the wealthiest 10% now own 85% of the nation’s wealth. Never before have the bottom 90% been so highly indebted, so dependent on the wealthy.0 -

I base my knowledge of world affairs on stuff I can access through whatever media is available to me, if and when I am interested. What choice do I have ?? You will no doubt say that all teh news media are biased, and feeding me the info teh govt wants me to have, but I don't have the divine line that roland has, so I have to make do.
What I am suggesting, is that the events of terrorism set in motion by Bin Laden so closely resemble the books by Clancy, that I think that he was inspired and informed by those books. I don't subscribe to the idea that the US govt was complicit in the attacks on the WTC.
I was not aware that any of rolands rmblings contituted a rational question.Music is not a competetion.0 -

Yeah, so it was corny that Jack Ryan became the Prez, but seriously, they really were a template for what Bin Laden was trying to do.
It's just pretty hard to find Ebola virus, let alone weaponize it, but they gave it a go with anthrax.
Clancy worked wiht a bunch of other war games geeks to play out scenarios. Red Storm Rising was the result of war games which revolved around the idea of the Cold War heating up into a European conflict of NATO vs the USSR.
I think BIn LAden did the revers, took a war game and tried to turn it into reality, probably hoping other players would get on baord to join in the fun.
Besides which, Occam's Razor says that the simplest explanation is the most likely one, and a no-brainer that teh somplest explanatio is that a couple guys hijacked the planes and flew em into teh building.
The conspiracy theories require an iunreasonable amount of cmopication, but in motive, planning and and execution.
As for criticism of the public account of how the buildings collapsed, I really think that the engineers don't know precisely, they can't tell from a pile of rubble, there is no precedent here, the event can't be adequately modelled, and it is not realistic to repeat the experiment. So, there will be disagreement and holes in the explanations, but that is not the same as evidence the government did it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Music is not a competetion.0 -

this attack was unprecedented so how in the hell are they suppose to know HOW the buildings were MEANT to fall in any event. theory is great until actuality takes over.
