Good for him...
I lost A LOT of respect for him after sucking up to Bush and Rove after they screwed him in 2000, but as a person, I like him.
An Obama/McCain election could bring some civility back to politics. My whole life
was like a picture

I'm stuck b/c I like him over Clinton and Obama, but I DO NOT like the fact hat wants to give amnesty to Illegals in the country. That is a big issue with me. They break the law to ge here and we reward them with a huge gift.
Thats not right.
I need to look at Nader b/c as of now I don't have a dog in the hunt which sucks.Get em a Body Bag Yeeeeeaaaaa!

WOW, i am so inpressed with people here. i have always said that i like McCain and i would vote for him if i was not from Canada. I always find it funny that people keep saying that he is a McBush when in alot of issues he has not agreed with bush infact he has only agree with him abotu the war and i think for different reason.People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid."

i think what h eis saying is that everyone in teh US is an immigrant and therefore we should leave with the people who we don't allow into the country.People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid."

But now, there are many many generations that are born in America, so now they are true americans. I am grateful that my family came here to be free. But its a whole new situation now. The world is different, and the old ways no longer apply. Accept the change brotha.

if you think about it, North America (thats means Canada too) stole the land and hence it does not matter how many generations were born here as it still is stolen land and hence we are all illigral immigrants.
put it this way, if i stole your house and then my kids were born and were also living in that house are they entitled to that house because they have been there for generation? i think notPeople demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid."

If McCain wasn't for Iraqi occupation, I would consider voting for him. I like him as a person. I don't agree with some of his views, but he is a respectable guy.0

Come on man.....
If the half empty life boats came back to rescue all the people in the ocean right after the Titanic sank, what do ya think would happen to those boats?
They would sink. There would be now way of systematically deciding who gets on and who does not. It would be chaos. Utter chaos.

McCain will fire up the guns and explode into space...
I'm sure he'll put a few new coats of paint on the patriot act, and increase domestic spying as well.
Bank on it.
He'll go fight those terrorists just like the good old days trying to wipe out the commies....because that all worked out so well.

I can't believe this...
Put yourself in their shoes...You couldn't just forget about the mistreatment of your people for hundreds of years by people (including their descendants) who took land belonging to you, raped your culture, and tried to completely assimilate you into American society without even an inch of respect for your heritage. Native Americans weren't even allowed to practice their religions legally until the government passed the American Indian Religious Freedom Act in 1978. Also, did you know that the average family income on the Pine Ridge Lakota Reservation is about $3,000?
closing the doors?...Come on now...7/16/06 7/18/060 -
I liked McCain's environmental record, quite a bit. I like Obama too though. I have to say as someone registered as "not enrolled" it could be an interesting decision for me.0

So are you really advocating that anyone who shows up at our borders should be allowed to come on in, documented or no?
That's just fucking lunacy.
Look, it sucks the way we (our descendants) obtained this land 300 years ago. It's not something to be proud of. But now what are we going to do?
If we made sure all border control agents were full blooded Native Americans, would that make you feel better about us having, you know, some standards?everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do0
