    I can't tell if the puppy is alive or not. As in it doesn't seem to move at all before he throws it off the cliff.

    Still fucked up either way though.

    I dunno. If you've ever picked up a puppy or kitten by the nape of the neck they left their legs up and just dangle there, because that's how the adults transport the offspring.

    That was totally faked.

    You would not hear impact at that distance, and there was no doppler effect on the yelping. you can see the dog fall all the way to the bottom and bounce backwards (towards) instead of forwards (away) behind a bush or a rock. Also follow the swing of the guys arm and notice how far the dog flies so much farther in relation to the power exerted, another giveaway.

    It looked fake to me right away.

    that was really distrubing, i hope you're right. i didn't watch it too intently because i was afraid of what i might see.
    i wonder why they would even joke about something like that. war changes people though doesn't it :(

    Actually I looked again and the guys hand does move, and I suppose if the terrain was sloped the dog could bounce backwards like that. The resolution is really bad to be certain. However the audio is all wrong, and the guy must have super powers to toss the dog that far on such a casual throw.

    It made the news already and there is an investigation underway. It will be probably proved fake either way though... ;) but it's a fake just going by the audio.

    I'm a 12 yr active duty army vet, one thing we all need to remember, soldiers are people, humans, from all over the country, and in some cases the world, they come from diverse back grounds, and share our good and bad traits...I saw some hinky shit during peace time in while in the army and over seas, I can only imagine what some asses are doing while serving our country in Iraq. Being a soldiers, or coined a 'hero' doesn't mean some of them aren't some of the worst of us.

    Definitely true. I guess we should keep in mind that shit worse than this is going on all over the country by kids of all backgrounds. We're probably quicker to jump on these guys because they are in a way representing us and are expected to be so disciplined.
