huh. it took me a few seconds to even remember who RN refers to.

Maybe you should read up on him and educate yourself then. ;)

I'll vote for whoever runs against McCain.

But yes, I'm fed up that I have to vote for the lesser of two evils.

The futility of battling the unwashed hordes is too depressing.

I’ll vote when I get my oligarchy.

What would be the point of voting under an oligarchy? :D
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

  • I'll be voting no matter what but here's some open questions to those who are not going to vote:

Will you do something to make sure there is somebody worth voting for the next time?

Will you get into politics or become politically active yourself (message boards don't count ;) ) to bring about the change that you want?

Who is the type of person you would vote for? (Actual names or persona/policy types are fine)

    Just curious

You should always vote even in a situation where you have to pick the better of a few crappy canidates. I mean if you don't vote the issues you care about will never be on the table for politicians. I mean why do you think politicians always chase the senior vote and do things that old people like? It is becase OLD PEOPLE ALWAYS VOTE. If a canidate doesn't have old people on his side he will lose.
  • i'll be fed up 4 years from now if the next administraion isn't as different from the Bush Administration as the Clinton (or Bush I or Reagan for that matter) one was, with a few exceptions. most here dont seem to think it was much a difference, but i disagree.

So much of what bothers me about this nation and it's policies has remained the same for decades now.

Assuming it is BO and JC in the general election, what's the chance you won't vote out of lack of interest?

ZERO. i will vote no matter what!!

in fact, ( i for the most part Support Clinton but also like Obama ) i would actually be less interested if it were HC and JM.

with BO and Jm i will be very interested to see what happens.

just because the person i chose to back is not in it anymore, dont mean its less interesting. just the opposite.
    Peace, Love.
