apples are good for health..
you can buy them locally because theyre grown in most states,so you would be buying local products
boycott products from scum companies that make junk and made by slave labor

    I don't think I'd enjoy apples from China...just a guess...
All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

good suggestion, but I have also this one. If you have even just a small garden or a yard, buy a young apple tree, or a peach tree, or a pear tree, or whatever, put it in a large pot or plant it, take care of it and when it will grow you will have your own fruit.
(weird, I sound like I am re-inventing the wheel!)
  • apple sauce that's where its at. Were lucky in Washington we have some damn good apples.

Listening to Reign o'er me covered by Pearl Jam right now. Someone posted a link to it on the porch, if you haven't heard it yet you should.

Yeah, I'm sure it is better for you to eat just the apple, but that doesn't change the fact that apple sauce is still scrumtrulescent. I could go for a gala right about now. The only apple I have never been able to enjoy is the granny smith. Those things are tough.

I agree. I love Gala's. They have really good one's at Wal-Mart by me. Yes, I shop at Wal-Mart. I don't want to hear it.

There's an orchard about an hour and a half from me that has great Gala apples. I usually go in late September/early October and that's when they are at their best.
