Sorry but I don't get the bit about who owns the guns - criminals v citizens. If you have a gun and kill with it, its still a crime right, regardless of who did it? Ie: if you have a legal licence to own a gun but end up killing someone with it, isn't it still considered a crime in the states? A legal gun-ownership licence is not the same thing as a licence to kill right? Or is it?? I know there might need to be a judgment over whether its down to self-defence but that's often up to the jury.

Uk is screwed up, US is screwed up. I think the whole world is pretty screwed up to be honest, but thats life lol!

I think its good that they are doing something about people carrying knives here. Where i stay has a real problem with stabbings, and people being killed with knives, so any kind of clamp down is a good thing.

im not for kosovo war or iraq war and i am poor myself

as for guns/defense in my state as far as i know you legally cant just shoot someone who has walked into your home even burgler unless you feel the person is out to do bodliy harm- so people shoot as a last resort and the juries decide or cops do and wont press charges if "they believe yer story"does that seem weird? well the cops know who the criminals are pretty much and whats going on isuppose not that i want a police state,, if the criminals have guns so should we i guess
