    Taxes will increase many multiple times.

    Illegal aliens will be rewarded for breaking our laws.

    Al-Qaeda will flourish in Iraq since we supposedly will not be there.

    I find it hard to believe that there was absolutely NO Al queda in Iraq before the US invaded. First off, they are everywhere.....and secondly, why would they come from Other places like Pakistan (where they are safe) too an extremely hostile and patrolled Iraq.

    They went to Iraq to fight a war. They weren't trying to hide out. Iraq brought them out of the woodwork, because this was their new cause.

    But your taxes went up under Bush? really? Because mine went down ... significantly ... even though I make more money now than I did eight years ago (or even four).

    There are a lot of qualms I've had with Bush's eight years. His taxation policy isn't one of them.

    then why didn't the state department add them to the list of countries w/ terrorism until after the occupation??

    do you have anything other than cheneys assertion that they were in iraq prior to the occupation?

    My hunch is that these people will never stop bitching, even if America theoretically got on track somehow. Once they actually acknowledge that America is on the right track, they're knocked down to our level of intellect, which is the worst possible fate in their minds. I think it's a superiority thing more than anything else.
