    he fucking deserved it.............
imagine yourself as a mute person driving down a lonely hiway---maybe nevada or utah---you are on your family vacation and so you decided to take the toyota or another small car for the trip. Yes. you have a humV, but becasue of the distance you travel, you choose the older model toyota...Along the way, you have many unforeseen mechanical problems and so you get out your McGyver pack and fix it all...Well, in the meantime a great gust of wind comes along and blows all your personal papers off the dash board; but at least you kow you are a citizen of this fine country and you have leeway to travel anywhere you wanna go....Still we have these constitiutional checkpoints at every major intersection..As you travel through to the checkpoint, you realize you don't have your id with you and you can't talk...the attendents ask you for your id, but you can't explain what happened and by now you look all greasy and dirty, your clothing has become tattered becasue you had to fix your repairs...they ask you and you try to motion that you are a mute, but they (the professional authorities) think you are being difficult....of course they could not know you are a mute; so they start thinking you are uncooperative.....gee...i wonder what happens next...

the point of all of this is that we are a people, that can unite together and stop this motion....you have to get out of realizing your own surroundings and try to create scenarios where you are the outstanding actor....of course i don't think any of this will happen to me; i was born and bred in amerika...but as a person who is reaching middle age, i have seen so many liberties taken away...do you really wanna be herded like a sheep? do you really wanna live in cocrete and asphalt? well, i just dunno, it seems to me that if each human being would just resepct their individuality, we might have a chance....

I don't know exactly what happened with this incident. But I have a few questions.

    1) Is it required that all persons who intend to enter and utilize the library, have their ID on their....person?

    2) If so, why didn't the student in question have his ID on his person? Was he purposely trying to instigate an incident? Or did he lose or forget his ID?

    3) Did the Police/Campus Officers in question ask any other students to show their ID, or did they single-out this one specific student and request to see his ID, only?

    4) Did the student really resist/refuse to leave the library? Or did the Officers actually physically prevent him from leaving the premise despite their verbal instructions for him to vacate the Library?

Do what the racist cops abusing their power horrifically tell you to and they won't hurt you. Fuck that. You're a fucking facist for even thinking the cops are in the right in this incident.

Oh and I'm sure that kid and his family cut heads of reporters off on a daily basis you fucking cunt.

    Those cops should be hanged.

    from what i have gathered....

    1)...yes I.D. is required.....
2)...student is using the race card.....saying he was singled because he is iranian....
3)...according to what i have read the campus police check students I.D's daily......
4)...i read where the student actually laid himself on the floor refusing to leave......

again this is what i have read......i am not sure what is true and what is not true..............

The student was attacked by police LEAVING the library. He only refused to leave several minutes into their assault which is a standard protest manuever.

    is a standard protest manuever.

where did you get your law degree genius? that's called "resisting arrest", not "protest manuever".

    .....you fucking cunt.

    that wasnt very nice
  • Deserved it once? Fine, I'll go with that. Five times? No. You don't tase somebody five times and expect them to be able to perform an action of movement. You expect them to lay on the ground in pain, which is exactly what he was doing.

I still contend that a walk along, wrist lock, or ever a kubaton applied to any number of pressure points would have been all that was needed to bring this guy in line...all of which are considerably less invasive/dramatic.

I haven't met a man yet that can't be put down (if need be) or made to comply with a kubaton hold to the wrist, or under the jawbone. The wrist lock alone will put you on the ground. A 12 year old can apply it successfully to an adult.

The hold to the neck requires a primary move to isolate one of the arms, and isn't very graceful looking, but that kid would have walked out of the library without incident, and without having to recover from getting hit with 50,000 volts 5 times.

No matter what, I think we can all agree that what happened was terribly unfortunate, and could have been handled better by BOTH parties.
