Everyone is a racist. Everyone is a hypocrite. We judge, and if you don't think you judge then you are in serious denial.

Ignorant racism is the enemy. Just because someone uses a slang doesn't make them an ignorant racist.

I've been called a racist for using the words "you people"...if that makes me a racist then so be it... but I've used the words "you people" to describe Republicans as well which for some reason is allowable.

I was talking with a good friend that happens to be black and told him that "you people need to registered to vote and vote for Obama in this upcoming election" he laughed and said that was a racist statement...

was it?

Sure I was generalizing, but I didn't think it was racist because very few blacks in my area ever vote in elections...

I just think "some people" are overthinking the racial issue...

There are clear cultural differences and there will always be difficulties in expression of feelings... but it doesn't make anyone a racist because they say something about a different culture.

Honestly Strangest Tribe, very few people truely comprehend the definition of racism and what intent through actions/language defines racism.

Most don't even comprehend context. Most believe just by uttering the word nigger, in any form or context; it makes you a racist. What a folly.

The overly-PC crowd have been disecting and nit-picking everyone's actions and words for a long time, now. It is their wish to chain, shackle and imprison the english language....... imprison human intellect....... restrict freedom of thought ...... restrict freedom of speech and stifle human emotion.

Just look at what they're trying to do in the schools. They are trying to eliminate competition so no kids get emotionally wounded when they lose. Not just in sports, but in education, too.

Ridiculous.

As human beings we learn, get stronger, smarter, wiser and build character from the experiences we got through in our lives. Winning, losing, succeeding, failure.......it's all about learning to battle and fight through the hard times....... learning from our mistakes (and the mistakes of those around us) ......the tough times...fighting through adversity striving.....surviving and finding that which we excell at.

That's what builds character and survival skills.

If the overly-PC have their way, we'll have a country full of spineless, weak, emotionally-infantile and maturity-vacant, soft balls of human flesh; who will barely be able to handle even the slightest and mildest failures and adversity.

Their cell phone breaks? They'll throw themselves on the floor, flail around in tantrum for a few minutes, then, curl up in the fetal position....thumb in mouth; till their 80 year old mommy and daddies come over to "save " their darling little 30 year old child from the horrors of the broken cell phone world.
