And I don't know.Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V0 -

Jesse said nigger?
Damn!
Was he rapping? Hip-hopping?
Jesse should know better. Nigger is a loaded word. Seems a bit hypocritical for Jesse to use the word nigger.
After all the incidents this guy has been involved with over the word nigger, he goes about saying nigger?
Wow. I suppose it could have been worse. He could have called someone a Nappy-Headed Ho'.
I'm appalled that Jesse said nigger. Absolutely appalled.
Nigger is not word to be thrown around. As a word nigger starts more trouble than the word fuck.
Life as I know it may never be the same after hearing Jesse say the word nigger. The word nigger has ruined my life.0 -

i don't think it matters what his job is anymore. he is a cultural icon and has been part of the progressive black movement since the 60's. he was a driving force in the civil rights movement. he was part of MLK Jr's close circle of friends and confidants. who cares what he's doing now? doesn't diminish his contributions, imo. maybe that's why i didn't "lol" at the first post."Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States, Barack Obama."

The OP is being humorous, but I don't get why this is a story. That word is used by black folks within black culture all the time. Not a big deal and totally a non-story.
File this under "Who cares?"Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?0 -
and he's always been such a class act....the dude lured MLK out onto the balcony, look it up
his insult is infinitely better than his endorsement, always has and always will behate was just a legend0 -

Jackson is "supposedly" held to a higher standard than black public figures such as comedians and rappers who often uses that word.
But I agree that it's not really a big deal because nobody really take him seriously anymore, not even black people.PJ- 04/29/2003.06/24,25,27,28,30/2008.10/27,28,30,31/2009
