Auctions end around noon EST today! Now is your last chance to get a personalized and signed edition of the 2005 Borgata poster, courtesy of Brad Klausen, or pristine editions of the 2003 Cleveland or 2006 Adelaide posters. Best of luck to everyone who is participating!

Remember that the proceeds from these auctions are going to a great cause. Thankfully, the violence in Kenya is showing signs of abating as the various political factions continue to seek compromise. However, millions of Kenyans still live in extreme poverty and organizations like The East African Center are working hard every day to give ordinary Kenyan villagers access to education and health care. As a private non-profit, EAC needs your help in order to help others!
My deepest thanks go out to all of you who have donated your money or participated in these auctions. You guys rock!0 -

I got my a$$ kicked! I loooost the auction0 -
These auctions have ended. We raised over $400! Thanks to the bidders, the buyers, Brad Klausen and Pearl Jam. The money raised from this auction alone will put an entire Kenyan family through a year of schooling and provide dozens of women with vital health care services and information.
If anyone else would like to help EAC, you can donate directly via the link below:

Every dollar counts and goes a long way towards helping end Kenya's cycle of poverty. I would encourage anyone who is interested in helping to donate via the link above and to include "The Friends of Pearl Jam" in their designation. You can also donate via mail or phone -- information is available at EAC's website (http://www.eastafricancenter.org/).
I will be visting EAC's community center in Kenya this September and will be sure to report back regarding the work they are doing.
Thanks again everybody!
Best,
