Sure, I don't have any MP3s right now, but I can encode a couple of songs from CD and throw them up on a torrent site. I'm sure the band won't care, seeing as they no longer exist. The lead singer Bryan Escobedoe is a cool guy too, I'm sure he wouldn't mind. Actually, I haven't talked to him in a while, maybe I will shoot him an e-mail and get his permission anyway.

Sure no problem, it's good hardcore rock 'n roll. If you like that sort of thing.

(I'm sure people don't want to sift through five pages of us talking about music)
  • hey, i hate to break it to you, but that WAS phish.

    they do an acapella version.

No fucking way. My god. It was horrible.
  • yep, that's phish!

(no offense if you're a fan!)

Well I haven't really heard anything from them but I've always heard they were an awsome jam band and I thought the solo would be pretty awsome. I had to turn it off nearly as soon as it came on.
  • wow, that's a rough intro to the band!

if you're into jam bands, i guess they're alright. they are certainly talented. i saw 'em once at farm aid, and it was cool when neil young came out and jammed with them for a 25 minute "down by the river".

That def. woulda been a better way to get introduced! I'll give em another chance....just as long as they don't pull none of that again!

You tube might have the same future as it had Napster!
It may break under tns of lawsuits as the Napster did!
There are tons of videos and commercials rolling in youTube and they have not got copyrights for showing them....
....I hope this will not happen to these guys.....

before google bought youtube, yt was owned by a couple of average joe's. now that google owns yt, anyone willing to sue for copyright infringement (i guess that's what you'd call it) has a great chance of making some money. wouldn't surprise me a bit if yt became a pay service.
