i think what attracts some people to 'the dark side' lord vader is the fact that our society suppresses it so virilently. we are taught from a very early age to be happy happy happy, and if you are not, then there is something wrong with you. personally i think that people who smile all the time are the ones with the problem. by suppressing what is a totally natural balance in our lives, society makes 'the dark side' taboo. and that is always attractive to people. the rest are just in denial or control freaks.

Other than that I'm attracted to the Dark Side, but when I started reading Nietze, and No One Here Gets Out Alive (bio of Jim Morrison), I just kinda got really depressed, and decided it was enough. But all in all, being attracted to the Dark side shows you're not shallow, that you probably a passionate person, and perhaps you just want to be understood deep down and really connect with someone on that level.
Just say that you won't be walking a tightrope between two buildings in the middle of the night, or thinking that you can fly.
