How are gun control laws going to stop someone who wants to kill themselves (and wants to take others with them) from getting a gun?

    Please answer that question.

WHAT law is going to stop that.

Answer that, and then we'll talk.

Because i can't think of ANY law that is going to prevent this. Not evne out right banning of ALL guns.

But go ahead and learn me something, tell me what law you would propose that would stop a disgruntled college student from getting their hands on a weapon.

    ???
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?
  • Apparently over 10 000 people are killed in gun related deaths in the US every year. Now we have had a whole war over 9/11 but nothing has been done to even slightly curb gun violence. There need to be restrictions - I can't believe that people are willing to just accept these sort of occurences.

Sooooooooooo, if someone breaks into to my home and I fill them full of lead that is recorded as a gun related homicide. The Mainstream Media hardly ever mention the times that guns are used to defend life and property......

John Stossell of ABC News did a great peice on Gun Control and whether or not it is a good idea. He, not I, came to the realization that guns are more often than not used to protect our rights as citizens.

    Argue that.

I don't accept them. They piss me off. But there already are restrictions. What we need is tougher enforcement.

What specific new laws are you proposing and how do they differ from the existing laws which are currently unenforced?

Exactly, I completely agree, laws never prevent anything or stop anyone, so why even try? These things happen, there is no solution (not one worth trying anyway), so we'll just have to learn to accept these shootings as a part of the American way.
    THANK YOU, LOSTDAWG!
