I was shocked to see this today. Meet the Press was one of the only news shows I enjoyed anymore. RIP Tim.

Of all the unethical media bozos out there, today, we lose the one guy who had a mountain of integrity, intelligence, but most importantly, an unbiased view of the whole US political landscape. I will miss him dearly on Election Day, his passing is tragic.

    RIP Tim :(

    Heartbreaking.
  • I found out why only the NY Post was reporting it for a long time. Because Tim had come home from Italy ahead of his family in order to prepare for Snday's show. The family had not yet been notified, and they ran the story, while every other news outlet in the universe held it until the family could be notified. After that was done, Tom Brokaw broke it on NBC
