which means there were people in the building.

    terrible accident.
The less you know, the more you believe.
  • Does anything say how long he was a pilot for? this reminds me of when JFK Jr. crashed and Payne Stuart's(I think that was his name, the golfer) plane going down.

Same way with me. I dont watch baseball so I don't give a fuck who the guy played for or anything like that. This is just a shitty thing.

Got his license 4 months ago, couple of hundred hours flight time, according to FNC.

Payne Stewart wasn't the pilot, by the way.

    Unreal, this is terrible news.

"Hey, if God didn’t want me to wear it so much, he wouldn’t have made them rock so hard."

He was just traded from the Phillies. It brings it a little "closer to home" that's all.

it's horrible regardless. but i think when you know the person, not personally obviously, but b/c you're a fan or just know of them b/c they're famous in some way, it's makes it seem a little worse.

Yeah......what I don't particularly care for is that now, on sports talk shows and networks, the guy will be lifted up and glorified, when no such attention would've been paid to Joe Normal. A death is a death. Tragic loss either way.

damn, that's all you need? I thought they were more strict on that.

Which is part of the ongoing discussion on tv right now. Given how many skyscrapers there are in Manhattan, and the amount of air traffic with 3 major international airports serving the city, how come the restrictions on civilian aircraft aren't stricter?
