Yep, it is a matter of perspective. I suppose when a Deer gets eaten by a Cougar it's a pretty shitty day for the Deer and fucking awesome day for the Cougar. I bet you don't see the other Cougars beating him up because he doesn't empathise with the plight of the 'oppressed' Deer.

I guess you have to decide what side you are going to stand on?
Interesting analogy. Except that you're talking about predator and prey - two different species. Are you a cannibal? Didn't think so.

Neighboring landowners with an interest in each other's property would be a better analogy. It all comes to a head when one neighbor burns down the other's house with the whole family inside. Makes it look like an electrical thing. Then he proceeds to buy the newly vacant lot. Pretty shitty day for the dead family. Great day for the new land baron.
  • I don't understand the whole support the troops thing. They're not all over there thinking they don't wanna be there. Sure some of them may have been duped into going... but doesn't that just make them stupid? I know if I were called up under some of the situations I've heard about... I would do jail time rather than go. No WAY would I go over there and pretend to fight a war that I knew was bullshit.

If there were no troops 'following orders' (remind ya of anything) there would BE no war.
