Jesus, the U.S. of A aint number one in yet another category that we believe we are? I feel lied to. Where's John Wayne when we need him?

we have great health care if you can afford it i remember when health insurance meant maybe a $20 fee at the dr's and not too much for Rx's...now you pay so much and have to meet thousands of dollars in deductables before they start really paying...they sell it as 'you take care of the little things like routine doctors visits and we take care of the big things, god forbid' but in reality...what does the avg person (under retirement age) use their insurance for???? it's a fucking scam b/c the pharma/health carefor profit/hmo system is so wealthy and powerful and uses it's lobbyists to, let's be honest here, bribe our 'representatives' in government to look the other way while they screw us while giving them breaks and making it easier to get away w/ their shitty treatment! they can even deny procedures if they feel it's too expensive!
some guy posted here years ago about his dad being sick and needing a transplant (i believe) and the hmo thought it cost too much and might not work so they refused to pay for it...and thanks to our government they are allowed to do this....places like kaiser's using pdr's that are a few years old...cutting costs to make a profit, b/c we all know in our capitalist society last years profits will not be enough this year...
america, fuck yeah!

Oh, come on now. The pharmaceutical companies are like a second momma to us. I've seen those commercials where they go around on a bus and give free meds to everyone who needs it !! Really !!

well umm....hello....wake up call...that's what real health care is!
That's exactly what I get in regards to my health care....my basic rights ...
I'm speaking from experience...what are you speaking from...wait lemme guess....shall I wipe it for you?
I know the US has some rinky dink thing already...but it's SHITE!
Nice try. You've narrowly defined healthcare to be a government run social program. That isn't healthcare. That is one way of administering healthcare. As soon as you learn the languange, and can use words as they're intended you'll be able to have reasoned dialog. Until then I expect nothing but non squiturs and potty jokes from you.

What good is the "best health care in the world" when 90% of the population can't get it?
Amazing! I am so impressed. You remembered all the talking points in this one. Great job, usually republicans only recall the ones from the past two to three days. That one was at least eight days ago, so we may have to call Guinness and rewrite one with your name.
You must be new here. Read a bit before you post and make yourself look foolish. I'm not a republican. Anyone who isn't socialist around here gets accused of that. I'm a Libertarian. Have been for a couple of decades (your mommy was probably still tucking you in at night when I started voting Libertarian). Nice try, son. Just remember, not everyone who opposes socialization of services is Republican.

You don't even know what a Libertarian is. Honest to goodness, you don't, and neither does your Mom, FFG.
I'd prefer you respond to the sources I've already listed. You've conveniently ignored them so far.
My point was about quality of health care. Your posts had to do with quality of health care accessible to the entire population. I already pointed out that those are different topics. I don't and haven't disputed that many people here don't have access to quailty health care.

Obviously, a ranking of 37 for the USA in health care means nothing to you coming from the World Health Organzation.
And, to be fair, what these rankings are based on, I don't know, entirely.
However, if nothing else, it does put a hole in your statement that we have the best health care in the world available here, regardless. We don't. I know this from personal experience.

"languange" is actually spelled "language"
...and i assume you meant to say "non sequiturs", rather than "non squiturs"
just thought i would help you "learn the 'languange' ":)

Please read this very slowly. I said we have the best healthcare money can buy.

I hate America 2. I live here and its just sicking the way people are. Spoiled people. I hope to leave this country within the next few years. Also our goverment.....I know there will come a time that we will have to fight our own goverment and im really looking forward to that day. Now thats a war I would be proud to fight. Have a great and safe night.
Don't hate America...hate the SOB's that are running it. Fuck....it's getting quite troubling...
Change soon please...past due...
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
Good for me, I guess. And where did you get that 90% figure? Please list a source for that.
so, it really is 'life is good for me, fuck everybody else!!!' ??

if some one has to pay for their own health care it is bad health care
the less responsibility a person has in reguards to their health care the better the system
it has nothing to do with the quality of treatment
isn't it obvious
yes, if it is very high quality treatment but only a few can obtain it...what good is it to the masses?

Someone really ought to make a statue of John Wayne and Charlton Heston making love to each other.
Now that would be an art piece.

Actually, I do. It is you who seems to be easily confused by the subject as you've demonstrated in numerous threads w/ FFG.
My point was about quality of health care. Your posts had to do with quality of health care accessible to the entire population. I already pointed out that those are different topics. I don't and haven't disputed that many people here don't have access to quailty health care.
No you don't.
You really don't have a clue.

Thanks. I'm struggling with a screwed up touchpad right now on my laptop that has my cursor bouncing all over the place.

It appears we're at an impasse. And this coming from you can only be taken as a compliment. So, Thanks!!
excuses, excuses! just kidding around...trying to lend some levity to the conversation.
You're wrong there, too. I've included that thought in my replies.

Technically, if you voted you are part of the problem, because they are all idiots.
Gooogle (or Yahoo, if you prefer) "Sean Hannity" and "Abner Louima".
That's why I love Sean Hannity.
