lol.....thinking about money puts me in a shitty mood.
yes it does then you throw in the palloza trip more shit to buy ,i'm in the process of refinancing my home mortgage even more shit hell i'm drowning in the stuff whoa ......
I worked at Wal-Mart a couple years ago and made 7.00 bucks an hr, and not only did I get paid shit I got treated like shit also. I would get paid, and still be broke. The only way I can get back at Wal-Mart is by not shopping there, and after hearing about circut city doing this to their employees I will never shop there now. These big company's like this make me sick. There should be a law where if your company makes millions or billions in profit you can't lay people off like this.
The biggest problem with a capitalist, free-market society is that the wealth is never distributed the way that it is "assumed" it should be by economists and politicians. If we could solve this problem I am all for a capitalist, free market.
Last night I helped to ameliorate this problem. I tipped $100 to a waittress at our dinner (on the company tab)... like a 40% tip. I work for a huge corporation so I don't see any problem with this, and it makes the day of some young lady trying to survive in a huge city on minimum wage and measly tips.
Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.
definitely easier, but I make $35/hour waiting tables. That is my career.
i meant more along the lines of fast food at taco bell but even at nicer restaurants it depends on your job. my brother makes 6 figures as gm of a sports restaurant...the waiters and bar people make good money with tips but my nephew works in the kitchen n makes 9.00 an hour.
Hmmm......and what of those who go through an horrific adolescence?
And for your sake I hope you are prepared for all possible eventualities in your life. Don't ever get really sick.
Considering that I am not yet 30 and I have already gone through open heart surgery (cost me about 6 months), and a life-threatening infection relating to a broken femur (cost me a year) and I still somehow managed to get my life back together each time and put myself in a position where if something else shitty happens I can afford it, I think that others just might be able to do it as well. Surely I'm not the only person who has ever overcome difficulties in life. Granted, I didn't get through all that shit by myself, but people get sick and move on all the time. Being prepared for things in life like illnesses and layoffs really doesn't take that much work.

Well I'm sorry that happened to you and I'm glad you were able to rise above it. Perhaps walking in someone elses shoes might help you understand that chronic illness can have long term effects on people and make it extremely difficult for them to work regularly and save. The statistics bear this out.
But I'm really glad that you have conquered your world. Well done.
