    I had the chance to see Cindy when her crew and her showed up at the UW for a lecutre/speech she was giving at the school two months ago. I really do feel bad that she lost her son. But she made me sick. When the camera's were on she was crying telling the assorted local media that her son never agreed with the war, he reenlisted while in Iraq, and how she lived her life so that people would remember his sacrifice, two years after his death and she had yet to take the money the gov't gave her to buy a tombstone for her son's plot. As soon as the camera's were turned off her tears were gone and she was laughing and talking to some people she knew like nothing had happened. It would be an absolute disgrace if she was given that prize. Her name shouldn't even be in the discussion.

    thanks for shedding light! not that some on here don't know already she's a fraud, but good to see "the common civilian" get to see her up close and know who she "REALLY" is
