He didn't say the case could not be pursued, he declared them completely INNOCENT and stated that the strippers story was false. We do know what happened. Period.
hmmm...
let's see...dingbat (ok, archie) and simpleton...nice...can you make a point without namecalling...are we in 4th grade again...
by the way, were you there and why are you getting so pissy....0 -
as a african american i can assure you jackson and sharpton don't represent my opinions or everyones opinion in the black community. Only those willing to over look their own problems and short commings by blaming whitey."Makes much more sense to live in the present tense." Ed Ved

Become informed, and then you will be treated like an adult, until then 4th grade is in session.Your comment that "we assume since the charges were dropped that nothing happened...", would have made sense under normal circumstances, but the AG's comments yesterday were anything but normal.

blah blah blah...
of course they weren't normal.. this situation wasn't normal...
bottom line: if your going to put yourself in a bad position....don't bitch when something bad happens...0 -
I understand sharpton and jackson aren't appointed leaders voted in by the people in any office to represent the black community as a whole but the fact is they open their mouths in every instance of racial discrimination and are perceived by alot of people to be leaders of sorts. the media is to blame for calling on them to voice their opinions and have them broadcast their nonsense before any evidence ever even hits the table. and now that they have been made fools of they are too cowardly to do the right thing and apologize. yet they were so swift to hang imus out to dry for a comment that is so stupid. being called a nappy headed ho has no life altering effect. yeah i'm sure those girls have nightmares and have lost so much sleep over the nappy headed ho incident!! i don't know how they'll ever overcome such a life altering statement..give me a fucking break. years from now while filling out a job application nobody's gonna ask ohh you're one of the nappy headed ho's right? not a chance !! but they will always remember these three guys as being the accused rapists. and i would bet my ass these three lost plenty of sleep, time, money and opportunity and had fear for their lives with all the threats and humiliation the black community put them through..if sharpton and the rest of them don't apologize they should never be given a mic to ever say shit publicly again and should be fired from their possitions they are in now.Oh dear dad
Can you see me now
I am myself
Like you somehow
I'll ride the wave
Where it takes me
I'll hold the pain

I always kept an open-mind about this case.I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire0
