Could it be that they are people like we are, who don't want war, who were also shocked and moved when they saw the 9/11 attacks... Maybe it's just me but the media doesn't seem to be focusing on that aspect.
The thought of the US bombing these innocent peaceful people is sickening... holding a candle light vigil shows me the people want peace... perhaps bombing them isn't exactly the right solution...
That's my point of view anyway.
I'll agree with that. I thought the original poster was implying that their sympathy regarding 9/11 should give them a free pass. The only people we should try to get even with...

He probably was.
Tho, just as the footage of muslims dancing and celebrating 9/11 doesnt mean every muslim felt this way, and shouldnt make one think that ALL muslims are this evil-hearted, nor should footage or quotes of them condoning or sympathizing fool one into thinking ALL muslims feel that way. Right? Why go home

you don't need to answer for me, thanks and nice guess ms cleo, but, as usual, you are far from the mark....
the point is this is not a nation of radical fanatics that want to kill you and your family, it's got a lot of ppl who do care and want peace...
why shouldn't we think of the ppl itself when war is an option???? isn't that a main part of a fanatic? that they don't care who gets harmed?standin above the crowd

I think it would be great if there was a coalition of countries that could do the policing (like a UN that actually mattered) so that it wasn't left to the USA. But just because others aren't willing to make the hard decision and do what is right (like stopping a country from acquiring a nuclear weapon it intends to use), does not mean that we must then back down as well.
would it be like the un now where the US gets to do whatever it wants and gets to hold progress? the main problem w/ the un is the us and it's idea that 'these rules are for everyone except us...we can do whatever we want!'standin above the crowd

Hehehe, that made me seriously lol. That is so true!
If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you.
Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.
