    Holy crap I'm glad I didn't bother with this either...you guys are all very talented!

    Me thinks the winner may find themselves being asked to design more than one poster...could be a new (side?) career for one (or more) of you....

    i have no idea what one will be entered.. doesnt really matter considering some of the others i've seen :eek:
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    I'd hate to have to be the judge picking the winner of this, such high quality from everyone involved :)

    (damn, wish i had a talent like this)
    Black, the greatest without a doubt........

    yeah. Get yourself some classic blue and red 3-D glasses, and the surfer and the Mike Watt Banner should pop out.

    Thanks for the response.

    I love the Blues Brother one and if they would ever play the Rialto that would be GREAT!!!! Anyway, all these are very well done and you all should be very proud. I think if the Ames Bros. are every looking for help they would know who to contact. GREAT JOB again. Also, that Daytona one is sharp!!!!!

    thanks! im much more skeptical about my chances than i was initially, but well see... atleast i feel like i did something pretty radically different than anything PJ has used before... kindof used Jim Pollack (did many posters for phish) as my inspiration...

  • The toaster is a nice touch. It might help your chances really! Like you said earlier "if they are looking for a grassroots approach".
    It must have been fun to play around with. My hands were too busy in Nov and Dec to get paint on them. I use human beings for my canvas. Massage Therapist. Good luck to you all.

    Happy New Year to all. Wow I can't wait to see who wins. But then again, you all won, each and every one of you who entered. I really mean that. You shold be all proud of your work. Just amazing.

    I was joking ;) i'm far from offended.. I had an okay idea... and i know i didn't spend as much time as i should have on it :p plus i wish i was more handy with photoshop and illustrator... some awesome things came out of people making one or two images and re-using them...

    This is the one I entered.

    And then I played some more (practice might help in the next contest):
    POSTER2small.jpg

    PJposter3small.jpg

    In my defence: This is the first time I worked with Photoshop :D

    I really like entries from Dunkman (great idea), Zenith (there is a special feel to it) and URthekey (very proffesional..can't believe that are only 4 colours)..

    In your defense ??? these all look great!!!! youre crazy if you think otherwise!!!
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}
