aaaahhhhhhhpearl...always good to see more photos from you!!! i love the treess....always such a graphic quality to them. like the horses back a lot too - almost like an abstract painting with its large shapes and blurry focus. always good stuff. :cool:

WOW. Someone please pick me up off the floor. I don't even like horses but I loved all those pictures.

What kind of camera did you use to get those? I'm interested in taking some pictures of my own.

I am looking for a photographer to take pictures of my family.... imagine, we have NO professional family picture.

Why? Because I HATE HATE those traditional family pictures with lame blue background with church clothes!

I want the pictures to show who we really are, what we are about...

Sigh, I know - eleven years too late.

But I am sure it will be worth it, once I find a killer photographer like you.

I wish you lived in Florida, because I'd have a fantastic photographer to recommend to you. My cousin-in-law takes amazing family portraits (IMO, anyhow). Maybe you can check out his site, and find someone around you that can use them as inspiration? http://www.joeygphoto.com

Thanks for the praise guys, but I'm actually just messing around and trying out things. For every fairly decent pic I have about 20 fucked ones. I'm no professional by far. Just having fun.

I'm using a Canon Powershot A70. Pretty much an old model by now. The good thing about this series is that you have a pretty good aim and shoot camera, but it also has tons of manual features to mess around with.

Nonetheless, I have a few great pics from a trip to NY last year that I took with a cheap, simple, non-digital disposable camera.

Glad you seem to like my stuff. I'll share more here when I get new ones.

Thanks. I'm a bit done with nature now though. I need to take my camera with me more in the city. I was at this great campy café today with the coolest interior and I really wished I had it with me.

Nature pics are fun, but I'm much more a city person, so I need to take me some city pics. Those should be next on here.

get yourself a tripod if you want to shoot interiors......that, or....you need to use very fast film. say 800 ASA or higher...and even then can still need a tripod. i did many shots of interiors for a major project back in school....used fast, grainy film...which i love....but still needed a tripod to shoot most.

I shoot everything with one and the same simple digital camera. And I must say, interiors don't come out very well, especially with low light.
